Raw sewerage backed into the bathrooms overnight of both rooms we occupied.

Going to vist friends in North Carolina, 8 hour drive, this was half way, great place to stop over.

The room was clean and comfortable. I went to my evening event and returned but was locked out. There was no explanation but my key was re-coded and I continued my stay. I was pleased with the breakfast and everyone was pleasant. The last morning I went to have breakfast before I checked out but was locked out again. I don't know what happened but that was annoying. I would stay again because the hotel was very comfortable and conveniently located.

Did not eat breakfast there. Tub was very slippery. Should supply tub mats. Went out and bought one for safety reasons. Should supply them to avoid falls.

We were locked out of our room before 8:00am. We went downstairs for breakfast and we couldn’t get back to our room. The staff at the front desk told us that the system is set up that way even though check out time is 11:00am. Why lock our guest before check out time?

The best breakfast we had for a long time traveling in US and Canada. The only thing missing was the non fat milk.

Breakfast was great and the care taker of the area was exceptional. She kept refilling and checking the cleanliness OF THE BREAKFAST BAR Lemon water in the foyer was bad again.. tasted like month old dirty water.. I just took a sip to see if it had been corrected from the previous stay

The 1st room booked on June 6th was to have a queen bed and a queen sofa on the booking site- When arriving at the hotel they had no room with a queen sofa bed. The lemon water as a guest service kept in the foyer was extremely bad! tasted like month old dirty water. Booking. com stated there was a swimming pool- no swimming pool
