Excellent stay ! A nice room featuring comfy beds, a glass enclosure shower and modern furnishings. We also appreciated having a microwave and a large updated TV with free internet. The hotel has a very large breakfast area with many hot and cold offerings included in the price of the stay. It was nice to just walk downstairs and get breakfast and get on the road. We also appreciated that it is pet friendly and we saw many other dogs which made us feel welcome.

The morning Breakfast was Excellent.....especially the hot fresh brewed coffee. Now what was not good to me me: when I checked in I was informed that your hotel was pet friendly and non smoking.....well as I entered my room Yes it was obvious that your hotel IS pet friendly ..... an old musty smell of dogs that were staying in that room. Another thing was first time I left my room I chose to descend by the stairwell.... YES definitely when walking by the rooms near the end of the hallway it was obvious lots of smoking was lingering in the air.

Room needed minor maintenance repair immediately - shades could not be lowered. Bathroom sink had a foul smell (p-trap needed cleaning) - I held my breath each time when using the sink. I attempted to use the indoor pool, but the water was much too cold. Elevator buttons were pushed out of their setting and into the wall on the second floor so that when checking out, I could not access the elevator and had to carry all of my luggage down the stairs. Staff should have been at the elevator assisting people with luggage knowing (and they did state that they knew when I reported the issue) the problem. After a pleasant stay of 6 days, I left angry due to elevator issues.
