The hotel was brand new, staff was awesome and the breakfast options were great. Electric vehicle chargers are available as well.

Was upgraded facility and outstanding staff and breakfast. Greatly appreciated the friendly mess of the staff and bright welcoming lobby.

Overnight stay with my wife and our dog. We arrived later at night. Check in was easy and the gentleman greeted us as we walked in and was pleasant. Lobby was clean. Room was clean, quiet, but had a damp feeling, and a strong dog odor. I would recommend that they change to hard floors instead of carpet in pet friendly rooms. Plenty of areas outside for our dog to potty. Room: Mattress was ok. It was lumpy and sunken in the middle. Would recommend they change out the mattress. A/C was working and blowing cold air, but thermostat read the same temperature, no matter what temp we tried to set it at. Pool was closed for maintenance and didn't get a chance to use the gym. Breakfast was better than most other hotels, clean area, and well stocked: omelets, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, waffles, bagels, toast, cinnamon rolls, milk, juice, coffee, tea. Overall, it was a decent place for the night with plenty of options to eat nearby, and right off I95.

The staff was absolutely delightful. They were accommodating friendly and made it perfectly clear. They were willing to do anything. I needed to have a wonderful day.

Okay for a night. Did not like the bathroom faucet, the shower curtain had a big dirty stain on it and no exhaust fan. Bed was clean and comfortable. Place needs updating compared to previous HIE I have stayed at.

Breakfast was fresh. Staff in the afternoon was excellent when we checked in. Went to turn my key cards in the next minute ringing and the guy at the front counter was too busy on his phone to acknowledge me.

Room was clean. Staff that I encountered were friendly. In a good location to access restaurants, gas stations, convenience stores and parkway. I'd stay again when in the area.

Clean room

The staff was very friendly and there was hot coffee as you enter the lobby. It was very clean as were the rooms and facilities. They also provided hot breakfast along with continental. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here.

Liked the availability of coffee/ hot chocolate 24 hours a day. Good hot water in the shower. Nice breakfast selection. The faucet in the bathroom sink was backwards, hot was on the right not on the left. Disappointed the pool was closed

Disappointing

The hotel was generally clean, and the staff was courteous and professional throughout my visit. Check-in was smooth, and the location was convenient for accessing nearby restaurants, shopping, and the interstate. On the downside, some areas of the property felt a bit dated and could benefit from maintenance and updates. The room was comfortable enough, but there were a few details that kept the stay from feeling exceptional. The breakfast was decent, though the selection and quality were fairly standard. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced place to stay for a night or two, this hotel will get the job done. While it didn’t exceed my expectations, it also didn’t create any major issues. I’d consider staying again if I was in the area, but I would likely explore other options as well.
