The breakfast was good most especially the spaghetti and match potatoes with eggs?. Well the tv wasn’t working but later we understood that there was renovation ongoing.

There was no house keeping service for my room. The breakfast was poor. The bathroom shower curtain was so dirty (I asked if they could change it and no one did). The balcony looks like it has never been cleaned for months. The room smelled moldy, cause the windows have not been opened before for ventilation. The bedsheet was old and torn and looks like it was not properly washed. The room (#6) that I was in, had moldy spots as well. The bathroom is old and the sink is broken, the toilet has mold in it.

Location for our purpose of visit was good. One of the staff( female) had a nonchalant attitude. Did not try to meet our needs. Room was outfitted and outdated. Curtains old torn and hanging off the rails No curtains or blind for privacy in bathroom. I felt so uncomfortable going to the bathroom/toilet. Sheet/pillow covers on the bedroom was not changed and we had to insist they change it . Breakfast was good but staff was not being professional…chitchatting instead of service.

Breakfast was different varieties everyday so it was good. Food at the restaurant was made good. The bathrooms - needs renovation, beds need changing and rooms also needs some renovations

The breakfast was superb. The workers were very friendly, helpful and professional. I think the reception area needs to be Cousy and welcoming than the way it is now. In particular, the chairs are not very nice to be the reception area because it’s the entry point which is the face of the hotel.
