WiFi sucked

An adequate stay for a night. Breakfast was convenient and fine; staff was friendly and nice. Room was clean, but they should run the fan or at least open a window for people checking-in. Room was stifling hot and smelled musty because nothing was running. Thankfully it cooled down in about 20 minutes.

1) I called 2 days ahead of time to ask if they had a hot tub. Staff said yes, but failed to mention that it was broken. My back really needed a hot tub. 2) Beds were rock hard. Like so uncomfortable! 3) A big cockroach climbed up into my daughter's bed!! Middle of the night staff did nothing. Offered no help. All I got was a half-hearted sorry. (We did NOT have a good night's sleep!) 4) Told morning staff about it and they, too, gave me nothing more than a few lame sorrys. I definitely know where I WON'T be staying during my upcoming trip back to Fresno!

This property could be so much better but it feels likes they do the bare minimum to maintain it. It was fine though, not dirty, just dusty, some patches that you can still see. Hot tub was broken. Rips in bedskirt, extra blanket in bag had bad odor and finger prints (spaghetti?). Stains on carpet and mildew smell in room (some fresh air helped that go away). The lady at front desk didn’t understand what a bath tub was or if they had any in any of the rooms. The breakfast was as expected. I like having my own coffee maker in the room. The tv was small and no streaming channels. I will not stay here again. I couldn’t locate where they took the outside property pictures because that is not reality. It is an okay area but the pictures don’t depict correctly. Love the indoor pool! Not too much chlorine and was central to property.

Outside landscaping, lobby, breakfast area, and room was well kept, clean, and attractive. Staff were friendly and inviting with every interaction I had. Well worth the daily rate.

Asked to check in 1 1/2 early and they could not accommodate me. Husband was having surgery and I needed a place to rest while he recovered.

Great place to stay in order to drive up to Yosemite in the early morning. The staff was great and friendly with a nice continental breakfast. I would stay again on my next trip

Good breakfast

My stay was fine. My only complaint was that the black out shades were not very effective and there was a giant light in the parking lot that shined in the windows all night.

Every time we stay there, they give us the same room. It’s OK but the bathroom needs repairing on the tile floor another day our room cleaned They acted like they didn’t want to

Staff is AMAZING

Decent place to stay for a stopover. The breakfast was great, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The property is a bit dated, but it was clean, comfortable, and served our needs well.

Excellent value for the price. Breakfast could have been better with more options as it was quite limited compared to other places we have stayed in the same price range. Also depending on the day, the staff ranged from excellent to downright disagreeable. We stayed three nights. On the middle day, they ran out of waffle mix and passion orange juice with over 1 hour until breakfast was over, but they refused to refill it despite several people requesting. The indoor pool was great for our kids and the rooms were relatively clean and updated for the price. Overall, would stay again, but upper management seriously has to take some of the penny pinching staffers to task (ie: they would not give us enough bath towels - only 3 for a family of four - and they complained when we asked for more at the front desk). Also the aforementioned penny pinching on the breakfast and several other rude attitudes by some of the female front desk employees marred what would otherwise have been a remarkable stay for the price.

Had requested early check in, which was not avaialbe. Front desk staff was super helpful though and I had some time to kill so I went for breakfast and when I came back and an upgraded suite was available and i got situated nicely.
