The pool is indoors …and call ahead of the hot tub works

Excellent hotel, friendly helpful staff, clean and well maintained facilities.

However, the location itself was quite disgusting. The pool area had active stains and looked as if it had been sitting in the sun for almost 3 years (it's indoor I don't know how this looks like this). The hallways smelled strongly of weed, and the room itself had a slight moldy odor. We had another group that was staying here with us and they explicitly asked for 2 double beds, but they got 1x king because the hotel had overbooked and they were low priority since they were chase travel. Their 1 bed was literally incredibly moldy smelling and gross. This hotel needs critical TLC and I do not recommend anyone stay here until they address all of the things required.

Only stayed one night. However, check in and check out staff were very pleasant. I lucked out with a parking up front. Breakfast was nice to have access to as well. Staff kept it stocked and were very accommodating.

Finally, the night shift switched, and the girl at the front desk advised me that they were able to switch my room. She doesn’t know why anyone told me that and she apologized for the inconvenience. It was definitely not her fault, but this took me several hours to get into my room, which made me late to the wedding that I had to be at.

Loved the set up and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The pool was great also.

All staff super friendly. Everything clean. Breakfast was awesome and really good waffles. Only complaint was jacuzzi wasn’t working. We just hiked a lot at Yosemite and were looking forward to it :( Top notch place though and really quiet.

Whenever my husband and I visit Fresno this is the only Hotel we will stay at, we live the location and the hotel is so clean the room is a good size

Older hotel so not in great shape, that being said does not excuse the use of stained OLD towels. The towels looked as if they had been used by a mechanic on his car, not just one two. Room next to elevator, heard it all night. Air conditioner was loud, creaky, made noises even when off. 3 of the most uncomfortable pillows on a bed that was hard, lumpy and made noise if and when one moved. This room should not exist, it should be a storage room, not fit for sleeping. Needless to say, did not get adequate sleep to continue drive to AZ. Will NEVER stay at "this" hotel and you got to love the stares the staff give you when you explain how horrific your night went. Priceless!!

Clean room. Curtains are a bit dirty. But definitely a quick and nice stay for a work overnight trip.

Friendly and helpful staff

The room was nice, however they placed me in the wrong type of room. My reservations were for two double beds and my brother and I were given a king. I slept on the uncomfortable sofa. They did not charge me the difference in the price. The pool dod mot appear to be very clean. The staff was nice, a little un-puttogether but were nice.

Breakfast was good with variety of items and staff were very friendly and attentive.

It was vary clean some good people working there The breakfast lady was not so nice to my older kids she went to make waffles and the lady was mean and said you need a card to show but I was just in there with my family she saw who we where so it made both of my teenagers sad and unwelcome..I travel for work so this was not ok with me it was my first time bringing them and it was my twin kids birthday as well so they where sad and did not want to come out of the room after that . I had to go get there food for them to bring to the room because they felt unwelcome in the food area

Our room was close to the pool. Up until 1:00am (and past) there were loud unruly families in the pool area. Running, screaming, banging hallway walls and doors. No hotel staff stopped the noise.
