Quality Inn Fresno Near University

It was ok.

Room was very clean and comfortable. However, the bathtub plug was missing so I couldn’t take a bath and the tv wasn’t working. It was late and I didn’t feel like calling the office and having maintenance come over, so I just read a book.

I likes the location of the hotel. It was close to everything freeways, stores and food. I asked to switch rooms after my 1st night. The kings size bed was uncomfortable. We woke up with a sore back. The bathroom smelled with an odor.

The room was clean with frig & microwave and I was surprised that they serviced the room everyday. Ample parking and I would return again.

The overall quality of the room was poor. The bathtub didn’t drain properly and the caulking was cracked throughout, the toilet was wobbly, the restroom had no ventilation fan, the ceiling in the room had water stains, there was a connecting door that was in extremely poor condition (warped, peeling, and possibly with water damage, resulting in it not shutting properly), and the television programming did not work. The only good thing was the A/C as it cooled well. The staff was friendly, too. Glad we only stayed one night, and we will not be returning.

Bed and linens were great as well as the size of room, very comfy but older, shower was crappy no water pressure and paint chips here and there and our sink and vanity needed to be replaced

Okay hotel for the price. The TV didn't work, the sink had been patched, the water for the tub dripped, fake leather on the chair was worn off, and the AC had a weird noise all night. Hotel was generally clean and staff were great.

Rooms ok but need more clean, parking lot more private, restaurants around use the premises, costumers park and make a lot of noise

Nice hotel and good breakfast and staff friendly and ice machine always worked & No cockroaches!! A major plus!! I would stay & feel secure as well. Abigail and manager great office knowledge:) Parking lot a bit cluttered being " swept and cleaned up and Security Driving at night would be great '

Front desk

Good value breakfast and the front desk lady was courteous and friendly. The hotel showed it's aged but clean. There was an abandoned car parking right in front of our room and it's the big drawback of our stay.

Be aware if you are older, a couple of the rooms have toilets that are maybe 11-12 inches high which was difficult for me to get up from so I was upgraded (no extra charge) on my second stay to a handycap room which was much better. My 5yr old Grandson would love the lower toilet. One additional item would be appreciated to be added to the room was kleenex's as there were none in either of the rooms I have stayed in.

As I told the front desk, the neighbor up above of was very loud with walking around till around 3am and it sounded like they were hammering something into the wall. I told the desk last that I really didn't want to complain about the noise and that it was just annoying. Infact I also asked her if possibly the person in the room above us lived there full time, she stated no and that she didnt recognize the name of said person. I left it at that and she apologized for the noise and would note the complaint.

We we got the tge facility (Motel) we were able to get right into our room. The temperature of the room was pleasant and the smell of tge room was clean and crisp. Todo muy bien. Excelente. Solamente que el aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido.
