Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites River Park by IHG

The carpet in our room wasn't very clean, and the shower had pink and black mold that needed cleaning. The floor of the shower was so slippery that I fell in the shower, and luckily my head just missed the lower shelf or it could've been lights out for me. I have never fallen in any shower, so that kind of shook me up. The next day, I told the young gal at the desk that I fell, and she just looked at me blankly, saying NOTHING...I was like, but please don't worry, I'm okay. Asked for a bath mat and got one. The night we checked in, our remote control didnt work, so we had to wait til the next day for the maintenance guy to come by and fix it.

The staff was pleasant and helpful, but we arrived on Thursday afternoon, our room wasn't cleaned on Friday. I had to ask for it to be done on Saturday. It was also not cleaned again on Sunday so we only had clean towels once during our stay. Checked out Monday am. Not good.

Breakfast The room was very dirty, it seems they did not clean it, several rubbish on the floor.

Breakfast good. Clean hotel. Comfortable bed. Nice size room. Had everything I needed.

Staff was wonderful. Helped me with an extended stay while my husband was in the hospital. Clean rooms, great breakfast. Excellent location for my needs. Close to St. Agnes Hospital. Chili's Restaurant. Nothing!

Breakfast is fantastic for a continental. Bed is super comfy. Room was clean and spacious.

The blinds didn’t work in our room. There was something wrong with the plumbing so water from the drain would randomly come back up. There were random hairs on the walls of the shower as well. They play loud music in the lobby which can be heard in the rooms. They said it would stop at 8:30 but they continued to play music past 10:30. We notified the staff who said they forgot because it got too busy; there must have been a lot to do for all of the people in the empty lobby since they took their sweet time before turning it off.

Great place to stay close to a lot of reastarunts

I didn't like that my floor smelled like sewage the whole time I was there.
