Loved that they had an ice machine on the property . And it was well lit

The front desk service was incredible, great service gave great suggestions and very professional. The room needed an upgrade., Please fix the shower head because too much is spilling out in room 183, and actually you waste more water when you can fix the showerhead and save yourself some money. The breakfast was good, the swimming pool was a plus and it was near everything you needed in Fresno.

Getting back to the hotel from the main roads is like a maze. There is not a direct way back to the building. Once you get to the hotel it is a decent place to stay.

But overall clean and nice enuf for a little stay.

The breakfast could be a little better. The location was great. We stayed for two days and we didn’t get clean sheets because they said the staff didn’t go in the rooms

I told him what I was doing and he left! The management of the Ramada is harsh,,Rude and definitely not trained on customer relations! Go to the "Piccadilly at the airport!" You'll have more then Ramada could ever , want to give you!

Everything was spotless in the room and bathroom. Very Quiet.

The lights were broken. The sink was broken so the only water was from the bathtub. The breakfast was lack luster at best. The closest thing to fruit was the raisins in Raisin Bran. The front desk staff, however, was very friendly and professional.

Building and location is great. Nice parking lots just few steps from your room. There is good privacy and silent environment. Rooms needs maintenance. Paint needed for bathrooms and doors. Interior lightning must be updated

Room was run down, shower curtain rod was broken and curtain wouldn't close.

Everything was clean, the pool was great and the A/C worked well. That's all I needed.
