Courtyard by Marriott Fresno

This was a great place to stay. The staff were very respectful and professional. The bed was very comfortable and the property was very well maintained. I definitely would stay here again, no questions asked.

So I would’ve have a better review, but I couldn’t get to the other stars because everything was too big. But my worst complaint is this property doesn’t have the efficient amount of cameras that it should have for the property. Why are there only cameras in the front of the hotel and not in the back so because of that one of my friends that came with me was stalked her ex allegedly put 3 nails/screws against my rear tire so that when I backed up all 3 went into my tire. They were strategically placed. No camera around to catch him doing it. But it was obvious. I made a report with the hotel and the police. Otherwise the hotel was nice and staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have mixed feelings leaving this review. When we checked in I was very happy with our choice to stay here. The room was very nice and it was just a place to sleep as it was late when we even got there. The problem came in the morning when I woke up. Now I will preface my next response by saying I know that with California weather there's just somethings that can't be helped, with that said when you have a documented fear of cockroachs it doesn't matter what the weather brings. I couldn't pack our bags fast enough to get out of there. I couldn't even take a shower because that's where I found the bug. When we went to check out I mentioned it to the front desk as an fyi to make sure someone went in & sprayed. Their response was very abstract and felt 2 bottles of water would take care of the anxiety I felt.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were very spacious, clean and everything was in excellent condition. Really nice experience. Good food options for breakfast, good amenities and located very conveniently.

Was in town for a birthday party. And we enjoyed our stay with our kids.

I booked on Expedia. The pet policy was advertised as $20 per pet. There was nothing to advise of the $100 per stay pet cleaning fee. I stayed in the room for 1 night and was charged $140 for 2 dogs that do not shed and did nothing to require additional cleaning.
