Room very clean upon arrival. No English spoken which made it very difficult. No information as to where pools were or where to get beach towel. Never given a card for beach towel. Restaurant -first dinner was horrible seemed just thrown together.

I could hear the neighbors because all rooms were connected and the staff was not very helpful checking in.

I loved three pools to choose from! It’s a large property so room for all! We had the studio which is basically a full kitchen with a pullout couch and a very very good mattress on top of the pullout. In this room there were connecting doors to the next rooms. You could hear “everything “ through these doors on each side. It’s ok if it’s family, not so good if not. We also shared a deck with one room. We were fortunate we had great next door neighbours.

The restaurant run out of food at 3:00pm….they offered pizza… or to wait until prepared more food..???? Really very disappointed!

It was nice that the pool with the waterslide was in the back and all the screaming kids weren’t in the main pool The restaurant made a nice margaritas We were in room 1C and I had a lingering septic smell. Beds were very uncomfortable.

We had a kitchenette suite. the resort is lovely!

The quiet end of bucerias The walls were very thin and you could here everything from the units on either side - including hairdryers, tvs, talking and snoring

View was good Below par for price. Bathroom fixtures rusty and pitted. Shower never cleaned. Terrace area never swept. Bedding rarely changed. Cost was exorbitant going through booking.com as others who went through the hotel got their rooms cheaper. Hotel restaurant often out of items.

The location was fabulous. Lovely swimming pool and very comfortable chairs. The restaurant food was fine, but the service was not too good. Very long waits for everything.

Three pools right at the beach. Quiet family oriented resort Rocky beach but a short walk to sand beaches.

I liked how large the property was, all the various places to lounge, and the palapas on the beach. I also liked the spiraling slide! I didn't like how small the room was, the sink was awkward, there was not place to put my suitcase, the toilet seat had half broken, it had no patio area, the staff put bags of garbage next to my room, and the resort could not provide me with an extra pillow (although eventually I found one in the closet).
