WiFi was not working

Excellent stay, breakfast and staff

Dirty room full of mosquitos manager said would give me a refund never did she dont answer her emails or voice mails her name is angela

The receptionist on the second day Aug 17 was very helpful. The receptionist on the firs day (August 15 night) was not helpful at all. The wifi was not working, no shower caps, no additional towel availability, there was some plastic covers with some liquid in some of the drawers (not cleaned thorougly before providing the room). Long queue wait times ( it took 30 mins to get my questions answered, had to return back to ask questions). The rooms was smelling mould and when requested for air freshner, they did not provide it. Breakfast is good though.

My room was not clean when I checked in. There was candy and other crumbs on the floor along the desk. There was hair in the shower and stains in the sink. I had housekeeping come in and she didn’t do a good job at all. She called herself cleaning the shower but there was still hair in there. She swept the food from one area of the room to another. Never fully removed it. There were stains on the sheets, comforters, and pillow cases. The room felt wet and humid all the time. I had to constantly run the air for some relief. There was no carpet in the room so the floors would be soaking wet whenever we came from the pool or got out of the shower. The refrigerator worked on and off. There were bugs, specifically a roach, in my cousins room. Will never stay here again.

Cancellation policy sucks we had to cancel our 3rd night without a refund

Clean room. Easy check in.

Night clerk was unpleasant and not helpful. Multiple guests told me they also had poor experiences with her. Carpet was dingy. Room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was good.

I liked the location name of the hotel needs to be more visible

The hotel was disgusting. I usually never leave negative feedback but we were on a roadtrip and checked in late with two small kids. Our room had literal dog food in it, a spot that looked like a dog either puked or went to the bathroom next to it. The floor in the bathroom was disgusting and brown in places. There were what looked like boogers smeared on the bathroom wall. There was a centipede in the bathroom crawling around when we arrived. The hotel room reeked of cologne and the hotel reeked of week. The chairs in the waiting room were grey but stained brown with who knows what where my kids couldn’t even sit on them. I told the front desk and she said she would “make a note” and that was it.

Good Parking. Stayed for 9 days, breakfast was ok..Power tripped several times on our last day. Brought it out to recptionist, she said we had too many things plugged.. Told her Aircon & main power to the rooms is your responsibiity. She even came to the room to check.. It shutdown 3 times.. Kinda strange because for 7 days we were perfect..I ttold her their main Circuit breaker controlling the room was bad. She managed to change rooms. I ws anout to extend another week, but Ill go elseware

Breakfast was good They allow dogs in rooms who bark all night and the hallway smelled

People in floor above us. Sounded like kids were left alone in the room and were jumping from the bed to the floor until 12:00. Also bathroom floor felt sticky and dirty. Only 2 wash cloths for 2 days for 2 people.

Waited 10 minutes in an empty lobby for staff of some sort. When she did show up, she literally moved at a snails pace, gave me nothing but attitude, very flippant in general! Then we find out they canceled my booking without notifying me, then charged me almost double my reservation cost to stay, but we needed a room. The beds were stiff and uncomfortable, you could hear everything in the surrounding rooms and hall. We had to kill 2 roaches attempting to get in our luggage. The shower head was all over the place except for where you needed it. Too many lights tied to one switch. We will NEVER stay there again!

Stay was okay, staff very friendly property not could have been cleaner, beds where lumpy and not restful. Pillows were very worn, we went and bought pillows to tolerate the very worn mattress. Breakfast was okay. Location is great, overall stay was mediocre
