The hotel was a real "looker" back in the day, but it is a little "worse for wear" now. The staff, hot springs, and the view of Mt. Fuji were great! It needs to be renewed, not remodeled. Clean up the furnishings and repair some things.

The room was exactly as booked, the location was fabulous, we had a view of Fuji right out our bedroom window! We had a fabulous time staying here.

Cheap price around mt Fuji area. Nice location. Bidet doesn’t have functional. A little bit uncomfortable when using the toilet.

Great view of the lake, mt. Fuji can be seen outside the property, rooms were spacious, and the onsen was relaxing. A little wear and tear, but nothing that really impacted us during our stay, just a torn up carpet and some dried grease that seems to have run down the door.

The hotel is on the older side so there was quite some wear and tear visible and the rooms and amenities are not on the newest side

The hotel had a "the shining" style and that's priceless nowadays! Very convenient and easy..Lawson, lake, shops, restaurants and bus stops were all at walking distance. You get a wonderful view either of the lake or of Mt. Fuji. The staff was exceptional with free shuttle service to train station. The onsen was spacious with electric foot massage machines available. Was really relaxed after 4 days in Tokyo. Very lucky for getting the opportunity to discover this hotel. Nothing bad except maybe a little bit old..but everything was working fine and that what makes it exceptional.

Room was fairly spacious and the staff was great. We rented bikes and the process was smooth, the staff spoke English so communication wasn't an issue, they were very frendly. The location is great, you can see and get awesome pictures with mount Fuji from the parking lot. Also the bus station is a few meters up the road.
