Near the station and convenient, but not much around this side of the station and inconvenient to get to the other side. When we asked for extra pillows, we were given very nice ones. Everything was okay.

The room is spacious and clean. The hotel is very near Fukushima station. Great value.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. I could feel springs of the mattress, making it difficult to sleep.

Do note that the space of the room is a bit limiting, in the case however that you will mostly use this to go outside, it should be of no concern.

The location next to the train station was super convenient and it was easy to find. The room was a good size for the three of rooms with plenty of room to move around. The staff was great and extremely helpful with suggestions on where to eat and sites to see. We tried the hotel restaurant one night and were very pleased with service and quality o the food. Highly recommend this hotel for location, cleanliness, and staff; all for a reasonable price. We were on the second floor and would have preferred a higher floor. (Pretty minor compliant.)

We really enjoyed our stay at the Richmond Fukushima Hotel Ekimae. We arrived by train from Nikko, and we had left a piece of luggage behind. The staff at the Richmond were so helpful in contacting the Nikko hotel and arranging for the forwarding of that luggage to Fukushima. We really enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. The rooms were on the smaller side, but very clean and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Close to train station Got put in a smoking room the first night and couldn’t get another room because the hotel was fully booked Second night was good when they changed my room to a non-smoking room
