All was very good nothing breakfast very good staff great room great will stop there again.

nothing dirty room, dirty and definitely not changed sheets (there were hairs), dust everywhere, even the toilet had not been cleaned.,smell of stagnant smoke, there was a wurst and an open yoghurt in the fridge. sound insulation, you could hear doors slamming and neighbours when they showered

Very friendly staff, good location, great breakfast buffet, clean facilities, accept Apple Pay. I missed power plugs and USB plugs next to the bed. Ideally you mount international power plugs (accept German, US, UK plugs). Many hotels have these now. Instructions about late arrival procedures were communicated in a life phone call. That is ok when the guest is available for a call. Suggest to add text and email notification options as well

Helpful and friendly personnel. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Very good value for money. The breakfast provided a surprisingly wide variety of choices. A welcoming bottle of water was a nice touch.

Even are located in an industrial area, it is quiet place. Parking ok. Breakfast variate and ok. A coffe apparatus.... could make diferents betwen a good breakfast and a wonderful breakfast
