The staff was great. Place was very clean. Breakfast was great

Overall I thought it was a great place. And I would be likely to recommend it. For the price and the clean rooms and the nice breakfast and the staff was very nice.

The room was old and worn down. From the online description it appeared that we were getting a room with a pull out sofa but there was none of those. Generally, just dirty and old but I will say that the man in the front was very helpful and nice.

I had to go downstairs to ask for Lysol. I don’t recommend the stay.

The hotel needs a little upgrade but the room was clean ! The staff is really Nice and the breakfast was good !

Room clean and smelled clean too. Black out curtains great! TV with so many channels. Bed a little firm for me. Breakfast delish.

Great location, very close to UF! Even though the hotel is in a busy area and was fully booked during college move-in weekend, the staff were still very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I especially appreciated the two complimentary bottles of water provided in the room refrigerator, as well as coffee being available throughout the day. The room was clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi could definitely be improved, but overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

Walls are too thin. I could hear the neighbors conversations like they were sitting next to me.

The hotel was decent. The complimentary water, coffee, popcorn, and cookies was a plus. The microwave in our room wasn’t working so we had to wait for it to be replaced not a huge deal but still an inconvenience.

Our room was great. The parking was very easy. The staff was outstanding!

Great location for us for college move-in day. The staff was absolutely amazing. The only issue was there was a pretty bad ant infestation in our room. They don't service the rooms daily which might be an issue. Some sugar from a sugar packet spilled onto the counter and when we returned to the room that night there were ants everywhere.

Room was clean but bath room fan was working so noisy , also A/C was working so noisy to.

The staff was very customer service oriented and helpful. The morning breakfast was great had options. Room was clean. However the mattresses was very uncomfortable.

Hotel is very clean but it needs some repairs for example, bath rooms, fan is working so loudly like a furniture cutting machine.

My mom uses a wheelchair. Regarding my reservation, I explained that the room wasn't the right one, so I had them move us from the 4th floor to the 2nd because my mom was tired. Breakfast wasn't bad, but it was the same thing every day—no variety

The shower had someone else’s body scrub CDP clearly wasn’t cleaned. TY here was no body wash, just bat soap. The breakfast was meager.

Clean rooms and hot breakfasts awesome and staff was very helpful and we chose for location to shands hospital in Gainesville very close. We thank u very much. We recommend the hotel to other travelers
