You get what you pay for, the hotel is near the UF campus, that was great ! Building needs a little love and care

Room was dirty. Asked front staff to change rooms or clean the room, either could be done. Did not want to help

Nothing property is totally disgusting and I’m waiting for my full refund It is the worst place to stay … I would not recommend it to anyone

Disappointing

Nothing. The room filthy. The bed and pillows were like rocks. The bed cover was not cosy. Connecting to internet was impossible without paying extra even though it says free. The advertising says fully equipped kitchen. They do have fridge, stove, and microwave. However, they don’t have coffee maker/ coffee, or even one spoon or cup in the kitchen. The bathroom had no shampoo or body wash at all. The floor/ carpet felt sticky and gross. Check out was not easy as they don’t open the reception office until 10 pm, which the did not as I waited past 10 am, and have no instruction if you need to leave earlier than 10. The vendor machine is in their laundry room. I tried a snack from there and could not finish one bite as it was obviously there for very long time and tasted gross. If you value personal and space hygiene, this is not your place.

Room was disgusting. Dirty, old, bad odor, dirty sheets, totally gross from top to bottom. Any UF parents needing a place to stay for a night, whatever you do don’t stay here. Busy weekends in Gainesville room available is limited. $285 a night for this dump! This place is horrible. You couldn’t pay me to stay here.

The property was nice but the room wasn’t clean and I got a rash after my stay the front desk is very rude and talked crazy to my family this place needed to be shut down asap I think I got bit by bed bugs Nothing

Hotel is in terrible shape. We were greeted by men smoking in their underwear in the hallways. Very sketchy crowd, felt unsafe and moved to another hotel.

I feel safe as a solo traveler slept there for one night.

It was an okay stay, but this hotel is not somewhere I would want to stay for a week-long trip. It is more like a place to stop if I am on a long drive and want to rest. I would stay here for the night and check out the next day, once I have rested and have the energy to keep driving.

Passable

If just need quick sleep and mildew don’t bother you then it would be fine. I was there for work trip I go up every month and was looking for a spot to use every time. Bed uncomfortable, room was moldy or mildew smell. No one is in office and red phone they to call and someone would come that lives on property did not happen . No one in office to check out with in morning either

Yeah I'm still waiting on my deposit money to return to my account and it's been over a week

Exceptional

The staff was great on helping me. The kitchen was okay but the bathroom had bug's. Overall I was happy with my stay. Some of the guest nextdoor got drunk and loud but later on it was okay. I will be going back again soon.

Nothing other than location It was musty and dark, the carpet was dirty, the paint and wallpaper was pealing and the floor was coming up in the kitchenette. Then in the middle of the night the AC quit working.
