This is truly a unique place to stay. It was a memorable experience spending the night in such a distinctive bed and breakfast. The interior is full of character and creates a wonderful atmosphere. The hosts were not only kind and helpful but also had a subtle sense of humour that made every interaction enjoyable. Our only disappointment was that we didn't get to meet the dog! Everything was good

Friendly staff, scrumptious breakfast, unique Victorian house loaded with interesting furniture and special touches. Easy walk to good restaurants (Mark’s was outstanding.)

The comfort and location were very ideal. Shower size...but it was manageable.

Very comfortable room in a lovely Victorian home! Many amenities. Great location.

Great communication. Lovely food. Spacious. Perfect location. Walkable city. Concise too about how to use the heater (and a/c - which we didn’t need last week but would in warmer months).

This is a fascinating old house go buy a lumber man with choice materials in 1884. Cindy and Joseph have restored it inside and out with skill and with love. The only thing I logged for was a well lit desk, but a seat on the beautiful bay window sufficed

I was in the Gardenia Room. It is beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed, two wing chairs, a claw foot tub, coffee supplies, a refrigerator and more! I wish I could have spent more time relaxing in the room! It’s conveniently located just a few blocks from downtown restaurants too.

The attention and care that the innkeepers have for the B&B is exceptional. The house is rich with history and Cindy has an eye for antiques. It was like sleeping overnight in a museum in the best way possible. Breakfast was inside because it was cold, but the rooms were so cozy and inviting, I was thrilled to dine inside. The breakfast was delicious and everyone who works there is so kind. Cindy shared so much about the history of the home and her journey of restoring it, that I felt I got more than just a lovely stay. What a treasure. I'm going to have to find an excuse to go back to Gainesville. It was my boyfriend's first stay at a B&B and he said he doesn't think anything will top this experience. Bed was firm and a bit squeaky. If you're a light sleeper, you may not care for it. Me, I can sleep on anything. Other than that, the age of the home was part of the charm and I loved every bit of it, even getting into and out of the tub turned shower.

I liked the fireplace and the room was very comfortable We were a little disappointed with breakfast. It was very good but not many choices.
