Very affordable price and everything else was amazing. Staff , cleaning and breakfast

Room was clean, breakfast good but limited. Property could do with a total rehaul as its looking a bit tired. However for the price that's close to amenities such as the Rio Center its perfect for a couple of nights especially if you would like to prepare your own meals.

It was a long stay with several challenges. The refrigerator in the room was extremely noisy. The AC unit is in the bedroom and also extremely noisy. Items provided by the hotel were empty or ran out and were not restocked, such as toilet paper, soap and conditioner so don’t count of those things being available. There are limited loungers for pool enjoyment and pool staff took up use of the only shaded area by the pool.

Perfect one night stay

She also assigned me to a room where the phone wasn’t working, so I couldn’t call the front desk. When I tried calling from my cell phone, she didn’t answer. I also requested fresh towels because the two towels in my room had hair on them. She told me I had a “standard room,” whatever that means, and said I had enough towels. I had to insist on receiving clean towels since the ones provided were unusable. I originally booked a one-night stay but had to extend it due to renovations at my home. The staff working the following day were much better. They helped me change rooms and were professional and accommodating. I have no complaints about them. I don’t believe one bad employee should reflect on the entire hotel. Aside from my experience with her, my overall stay at the hotel was decent.

There is a charge for parking but there is also free street and parking. I had to extend my stay from the original reservation and the staff was super helpful in getting that done and comped my last day parking.

Everything else - very nice, and I liked the place. The staff was friendly and everything was spotless, no weird smells or anything that I would complain.

Check-in was outstanding! Extremely friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff is not well trained -- the person at the front desk was a nervous wreck and couldn't focus on helping me for about 10 minutes. Do not recommend this hotel.

Quiet and private secure property

Great good job....

Business center, location. Not enough coffee or creamer in the room for a multi night stay. No ice machine. Coffee not available in the lobby at early morning checkout.

It was a pleasure to be a guest here. The location, the cleanliness and the service were outstanding. The front desk person, Jackie, was especially patient, kind and knowledgeable of the surrounding area attractions.

It was amazing, cozy and breakfast was always great It was cold, the room was freezing us they told they didn’t have any blankets they could give us.
