The bed was soft and the room was spacious. I only wish they told us that they don’t clean unless we tell them. They also didn’t give us a map/directory of Rio Center which would have made the trip better. I don’t like that they don’t have a pool and the workout room is small. Breakfast was good.

Easy 10 min drive to Shady Grove metro parking/station so we could ride the metro in to the city. Quick walk each evening to Rio shopping and restaurants, walking path and kids playground. This was a huge plus for us! Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Huge room.

Stayed for one night. Quiet quest rooms and clean room bathroom and lobby and grounds were well maintained.

Comfy spacious rooms. Our AC broke during the night - which was rough - but the next day the staff dutifully gave us a different room. They were very helpful. Breakfast is nice! It was chaotic on a day with 2 tourist buses staying in the hotel: there was no seating because it was so crowded and people were leaving their trash everywhere, the poor staff was clearing tables and replenishing food as fast as they could! They were working so hard. Maybe staff can request tourist groups to stagger in the morning so it’s not a zoo in there. Overall would definitely stay here again.

The property was well maintained and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Ample parking, good breakfast choices and other convenience’s made the stay delightful.

The stay here was excellent. From the friendly staff, to the clean and comfortable room. Our stay was exactly what we were looking for. Close to restaurants and shopping great place to stay in the Gaithersburg area. Will be staying here again.

No blanket for sofa bed, phone did not work, ants everywhere, conditioner bottle empty. Breakfast was just okay.

The hall walking to our room was VERY hot & a little stuffy, it felt like there was no air circulating, but once we were in our room, and adjusted the temp, it was comfortable. The hotel could definitely use some upgrading since it is dated, but we got the room for one night for a great price, and it served us its purpose!

Lightbulb out, not notified room only cleaned every 3 days. Loud traffic noise, couch falling apart, cushions flat (no loft). Poor amenities, no water no napkins, no toiletries. Breakfast, low quality fruit and needed t ok bc as for it as well as napkins. Filthy floor and tables, inadequately staffed.
