If the alternative is sleeping in a car or on the street with you family the. This is better for sure. But for someone needing a quick 2 night stay and good rest... Specially single females, not the place to be. I called next morning bc when I left and was going to check out (one night of two was enough I cut the stay short) no one was at plexy glass protected front desk They didn't dispute my refund so I'll give them that too.

Extra charge when arrived. $3 per day celery said “ read the note on the window”. Place is filthy.

This property is disgusting! It is not only a hotel but apartment- style living for residents. You will be greeted in a filthy lobby with residence, hanging out, running around, and smoking a ton. When walking through the halls, there’s the stench of marijuana and smoke. When I open my door, there were no less than four roaches running on the floor in a filthy crumb filled room. The carpet were matted with sticky stains. After walking into this property, I walked right out. The front desk was empty with no employees in sight. When I called the phone number an hour later, the employee was very kind and reported knowledge of the roach investigation. This property is unlivable and absolutely disgusting. It looks as though it’s a scene from a horror movie.

Nothing. If I knew it was used as a half way house and homeless shelter I would never of booked a stay here Everything we had to be moved 3 times cause of the filth in the rooms. Blood stains human fluids. It was disgusting. We were also informed by a permanent resident that that’s the room the guy got stabbed in

Upon pulling into the parking lot, two police cars with officers outside diffusing argument between two parties. Property houses long term residents who are without stable housing. Property is not maintained well. Flower pots empty with cigarette butts. Grass not mowed. Shrubs overgrown. Some garbage strewn in overgrown areas. lots of smoking outside. Check in was quick, but be prepared for "add on utility fee". Lobby, eating area, and outside picnic area dated, not well maintained. Room was clean, but had slight odor of ?? stale cigarettes. Odor transfered to my clothing. I kept air conditioner on, and it helped with odor. Bed and pillows were clean, comfortable with fresh bedding. Bathroom clean, but tub did not drain. Bathtub faucet fixtures loose, breaking away from wall. I did have to request bath towels, as there were none in room. Kitchen, fridge, microwave clean. Did not use stove during stay. No dishwasher. No paper towels . No plates, glasses, silverware, or cooking/eating utensils. TV has several channel selections. Carpet was old, but clean. Fire alarm went off twice during stay, once in middle of night, once early evening. This hotel was fine for me and convenient for my needs, but would not want my family there.

Close to restaurants The room was outdated including the TV and the residents living in the facility seem shady. Didn’t know ppl reside there. Somebody tried to open the door while I was sleeping. Really creepy.

The room smelled very strongly of cat urine and all fabric surfaces felt damp both are signs of black mold. Fees were added at check in even though expedia claimed total price. Would avoid this property.

I was blown away how misleading this place was. People seemed to be living there, the rooms bath tub had woman’s hair all over it. Room furniture had holes in it, the sink connected to the bathroom was broke had to brush my teeth in the kitchen area. I’d never stay here again. Highly disappointed

Utilities charge Cleaning charge And they also wanted to charge $15 for the dishes non refundable. Horrible experience, we did not stay!

Good location

Staff knocked on the door at 10 am to kick us out! The reservation was showing 11am for check out!
