Good location, close to the center of town. Restaurant at the hotel is very good. Decent breakfast. Good overall value. Bed could be a bit more comfortable.

A surprise oasis in the small town of Galleno, just beyond Altopascio (the more common stop along Via Francigena in Tuscany. ). A very nice, modern, clean hotel with a comfortable room (bed, shower, vanity counter, charging outlets), great WIFI. Most importantly, a nice welcoming presence of the hotel owner, his sons ready to help with luggage transport to upper floor, and serve a hot breakfast (with so many delectable choices) in the adjoining hotel restaurant. Surprised there was no elevator. But, not a deal breaker.

A very nice, clean and cosy family owned hotel. It helps a lot that they have a in-house restaurant opened until late in the evening. The owner is very nice and helpful, a perfect place to stay while traveling throughout Tuscany. nothing

This hotel is right on the Via Francigena and was an absolute wonderful place to stay. We loved the restaurant that is attached to the hotel and the upstairs deck was the perfect place to relax. The staff at both the hotel and the restaurant were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast included an omelette Easy checkin and checkout, Location right on the Via Francigena walking route. Staff spoke English. Quirky restaurant across the road. wifi good. Couldn't control room temperature, it was too warm in the room. Shower a bit small. The onsite restaurant was closed on Tuesdays.

We walked the Via Francigina and it was directly on the route. The staff were delightful and they even surprised us with a premade sandwich for the road! Beds were perfect!
