Inn at The Waterpark

I really love this place! They are friendly and accommodating to our needs! Its very clean and has a nice breakfast.

For those who need ADA compliance AND pet friendly services both, they are not available. Having to go up and down the stairs with my dogs and a cane was not just a hassle but also very painful.

they have 2 buildings (old and new), the old bldg doesn't have an elevator but it's only a 2 story. Surprisingly, the room was nice and big for 4 people.

The property is very old with no updates. The toilet broke, all rusted , there was mold in shower, pool was not assessable, and both card quit working. Breakfast is a continental on the go. It was a great disappointment for our stay.

I mentioned to him that the hotel was great, but the mosquito problem was out of control. Sadly, we told him that we could not even go out and play on the mini golf because of them. I mentioned to him that I thought it would be SUPER DUPER wise of the management to sell mosquito repellent cans and/or mosquito repellent wipes. This is a HUGE additional revenue opportunity for them and trust me, I would have bought some !!!!

Bad breakfast is only cereal milk coffee and 1 poor machine make waffles

The rooms were clean however they ran out of bath towels and shower towels. We had to use the swimming pool towels after bathing.

The hotel was close to everything. there were mice and there were water bugs that flew. Breakfast with cereal or a muffin. I had to go fix the key card three different times and the gentleman at the office was getting mad at me.

The room was spacious, and cool. The staff wasn’t the greatest help when checking in at night. The mini golf area was flooded while we stayed so we didn’t get to use it. The breakfast was just cereal. And the stairs to get to the top levels could use some maintance, they were missing chunks of concrete.

Pictures on site are deceiving, old hotel. not woth the price, although the rooms were big and clean. Hotel is mismanaged and falsely advertised .

Hotel must have had issues with housekeeping because MOST of the rooms had ONLY 1 washcloth in them and front desk didn't have any.

Nice and friendly staff

This hotel looked different than the online reviews! You could use your room key the get the lock open… door does not seal all the way. Stairway to 2nd level needs to be rebricked! Room didn’t look like the pictures as to maybe they are old and outdated. Staff was ok with answering questions we had. Will definitely spend extra $$ next time to go elsewhere.

Like staying here before a cruise so we can park the car while we are gone.

I had a great time; the rooms are a little outdated. But the location and the price were great!

The room could’ve used some revamping, but the main draw back is that there are no elevators! The free breakfast left a lot to be desired, it was just pancakes/muffins/cereal. All in all, I would stay here again because of the location, price, and the available onsite activities.

Me and my family arrived before 3 pm to check in but the room was not ready yet they still cleaning it and I have to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes to get the room by 4;15 pm . We were very tired and the staff stared we were fully booked. I entered the room tried to call the lobby but the phone was not working

The property had no fresh wash cloths and I was told to use a bath towel as a wash rag. I went the next day and was unable to get even a clean towel. This was very unacceptable in my opinion. The blow dryer was broke. The only highlight was the bed, it was very comfortable. I was charged $100 for my 2 Chihuhuas. I would not have stayed there if I had known they were going to charge so much for them. Normally that fee is $20 or $25 wherever I've stayed with them. The furniture on each floor in the main areas was extremely worn and the couches were dirty with ground in dirt, they definitely needed cleaned!

Rooms were clean, excellent swimming pool and putt putt golf course. Staff were amazing and friendly!

It was clean, quiet, and comfortable.
