I liked that it was across the street from the beach. Everything but the location

Location, helpful friendly staff Saw one dead, one live roach, limited towels, amenities, poor lighting in the bathroom.

This is an excellent level of value. It's a modest hotel, but the beds were best quality. And what was interesting for something being right on a seawall, it was very quiet and we have stayed in much nicer hotels in the same area that we're credibly noisy.And like I said, if you're expecting something fancy, this isn't it?But really, and truly it was top.Notch, we will definitely stay there again.And the managers were so helpful. Parking was a little bit difficult because we got there very late.But the managers made sure.We found a good spot right at the front door and it was perfect.

The location and parking was nice. The front desk falsely accused me and my friend of having an extra person staying in the room with us when they were just hanging out with us, we had gone to the beach together and they were there to shower before we went to dinner together. The front desk receptionist was confrontational and rude, confronting us and threatening to charge extra as we were going up the stairs to our room. We explained the third person was a friend who was just visiting, but she wasn’t listening. it was embarrassing intimidating and inappropriate. She was making baseless accusations. It was literally 1 in the afternoon. We ended up leaving immediately and staying somewhere else due to the uncomfortable incident, will not be going there again. When we called the front to tell her as much she claimed she mistook us for another room, which was obviously a lie but even if it were true, she was incredibly rude. Horrible experience.

They were so friendly and kind It was awesome

Location was great My fridge didn’t work the tv was damage upon arrival had trouble checking in or interacting with staff as they spoke with a heavy accent

Refrigerator did not work

We were on the water We were promised a view of the water and, well, if you stood in the bathroom you got one. There was a window air and fan but room was still warm

The refrigerator and microwave in my room didnt work, I didnt need them so its not that big of a deal to me. Its also not the cleanest hotel ive ever been in.

The room was smelly and disgusting. . Next time ill pay the extra for a better hotel

I liked how it was clean inside the room. The showers were very nice and the lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful and they smelled nice and clean. That I didn’t get to stay longer.

Location The room wasn’t clean bathroom had stuff on walls shower door and bathroom door no light in shower. First room tv had no sound so was moved to another room that wasn’t very pleasant
