When we entered our room, we were immediately hit with a strong mold and mildew odor. There were several large industrial fans running throughout the hallways, leading us to believe the property may have experienced flooding or water damage. The front desk initially sent someone to spray the vents, but instead of fixing the issue, the room simply smelled like peaches mixed with mold and mildew. Later, the night manager came to our room, agreed the odor was unacceptable, and offered us reward points or the option to move to another room, which would have required hauling all of our belongings up and down even more stairs because the elevators still weren’t working. Neither option addressed the actual problem. The hotel should never have continued accepting reservations while these conditions existed. Guests should have been notified in advance or relocated to another beachfront property. Based on the strong mold and mildew odor throughout our stay, I genuinely believe the property should be inspected by the local health department. We will not be staying here again, and unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel to others.

A/C was hit or miss throughout the hotel, but coffee amenity in lobby was nice

Neither elevator worked, causing great distress to older guests on high floors. Room keys failed every day. Staff were clueless.

Location

When we checked in only 1 elevator was working. Within an hour the other elevator was out of order. We were on the 6th floor, so shlepped bags and kid up and down 6 flights of stairs. A paraplegic man on the 3rd floor had to have EMS come get him down the stairs as well as his electric wheelchair.

Everything was good and convenient..

Staff not helpful.

The hotel was on the beach and convenient to our travel plans and local restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel parking garage was too small for two vehicles to drive through at the same time; lot was full. There were two elevators for a 6-story hotel that were very delayed. So, many people were forced to take the stairs with luggage in hand. Just an ok experience.

P.s seems like every door you go through SLAMS behind you and or you hear everyone else’s doing it ALL NIGHT LONG ……..

Best part of this hotel is location since it is right by the beach with amazing balcony views. Very overpriced for what you get. We will find somewhere else to stay next trip. Parking is an added $15 per night.

Good breakfast In the room we stayed in—on the second floor, right next to the elevator—it was incredibly stuffy. The AC was running like crazy, so we constantly had to turn it on and off all night long. It was completely impossible to sleep on the bed closer to the AC because it blew air way too hard. The ventilation was terrible, making the room feel suffocating with zero fresh air. On top of that, it was really frustrating that we had to pay extra for parking.

Location. Great room accommodations. Breakfast was substantial. Hard to cross street to the beach with the family.

The hotel location was awesome! I walked to many of the places for they were closed by.

I have stayed at this location once before. It is very convenient to some close by restaurants and I had a decent view from my room. The only thing that didn't work was the elevator in the parking garage. Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. I will stay here again.

The shower Booked an ocean front room but got a partial ocean view. Told since it was booked thru booking.com they couldn't do anything about it. Only one elevator. Had to wait 10 to 15 minutes every time going to our room on 6th floor. Keurig in room broke. Outlets didn't work and USB outlets were not lined up properly so they didn't work. Charge $15 to park in parking garage. If you go to the restaurant next door, which is owned by the same person, you use the garage free. But to stay at his hotel you have to pay. This hotel is not worth the price.
