The rooms smelled like marijuana and mold. I woke up with my sinus headache and feeling nauseous. The towels are handed to you upon check in and they looked like rough old kitchen towels. The pictures on line are very misleading.

This was the worst place to stay!! No towels , mold everywhere , cleaning was the worse the whole bathroom and bed where just disgusting , it was the worse experience ever , not to mention that the whole room smelled like cigarettes , I had to go to the store to get new sheets so I could stay the night it was too late to find a new place , but still this is the worst place , I should just find a motel to stay cuz this was worst then that , price may not be to high but it was not even worth any penny please don’t spend ur money on this place it’s 0/10 !!

Very cost effective. Property in need of upgrade. Old style box spring mattress very nostalgic.

This property is so run down and so nasty. I was only checked in for about 3 hours and there were six cop cars and an ambulance outside the hotel. Apparently a female was assaulted. Their. AC units were all leaking and had buckets under them.. The pool was filthy and not. maintained.. I will never stay there again! It was filthy and I did not feel safe.

The bed sheets in our room were filthy. We were so uncomfortable that we ended up sleeping fully clothed on top of the blanket rather than getting into the bed. The security lock on the door was also missing the piece needed to latch it, so it provided no additional security. That was especially concerning since I was traveling with my granddaughter. To make matters worse, I woke up around 3 AM to use the bathroom and found cockroaches in the bathroom. This was not a clean, comfortable, or secure place to stay. Save your money and stay somewhere else. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families.

Staff was excellent extremely helpful The room itself was big no bedbugs and a huge bed TV worked along with AC This is a perfect spot if your not picky about what the furniture looks like and need cheap sleeping arrangements Will be back again!! Only remember they charge a deposit which is 20.00 but it does get reimbursed eventually.

Hotel was run-down. Room was not clean, especially the bathroom. Decided not to stay and asked for a refund. Front desk said they would approve a refund but when Expedia called to get approval, the manager refused, saying there was evidence we had "used" the room (all we did was walk in, sit on the bed, look around, and leave). Worst hotel experience ever.

The floor was dirty and not clean and there was no towels in the room- had to go get them. The bathroom door was about to come apart at the molding inside of the bathroom. The front door the latch was broken and there was only one light that was working- the other lamps had no bulbs. We did see a couple of bugs. So I guess for the money we paid they could have gave us some refund on the room

The hotel staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous! They went the extra mile to accommodate my need for an iron and ironing board as both were absent from the room. One has to go to the front desk and see if they are available. Also, one has to go to the front desk daily to exchange towels and wash cloths since housekeeping is non-existent. Other than that, everything else was acceptable.

I would rate my stay 1 out of 10. This room had serious cleanliness, maintenance, and quality-control issues that went far beyond simply being old or dated. The sheets were stained, the blankets had cigarette burns, and after staying in the room I broke out in a rash. I cannot say for certain what caused the rash, but given the condition of the room and bedding, it was extremely concerning. There were also no towels, washcloths, soap, or basic toiletries in the room. The TV did not work, and there were damaged walls, chipped paint, dirt and debris, and poorly completed repairs around the AC and other areas. The bathroom was especially bad. The bathtub was stained, worn, and peeling, with deteriorated and discolored areas around the seams and corners that clearly needed cleaning, repair, and inspection. I took photos and video documenting these conditions. I don't understand why Expedia would have this property listed on its website in this condition. When booking through Expedia, I expect at least a basic standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest readiness. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.

I like the location and the price I’m pretty tolerant. But there were a couple German cockroaches in the room Only 1 towel which was actually enough for me Bed was comfortable but there was a large hole in the blanket.

The staff was friendly and helpful The room itself was not very clean. The dresser had leftover food particles on it, and the microwave contained a strong, unpleasant smell from leftover food. During my stay, I also noticed that housekeeping would place sheets and towels directly on the concrete floor downstairs. Unfortunately, some of the towels provided in my room had black stains on them. I ended up purchasing my own towels and sheets to use for the remainder of my stay. I also noticed that the housekeeping carts appeared to have mold on them, which was concerning. I understand that the price of a stay can reflect the overall quality, but cleanliness should still be a priority. It really takes just a little extra pride and effort from the staff to make guests feel more comfortable and welcome. If everyone put in a little more effort, I truly believe it would make a world of difference in the overall guest experience.
