Sucio desde el estacionamiento , Lobby Alfombra sucia, , en La habitación no tenian toallas. tuvimos que pedirlas , No había personal de limpieza, estuvimos 2 noches y no fueron a limpiar la habitación..

The entire property was dirty. The room had not been cleaned well at all. The toilet, bath tub, and shower were dirty. The hair dryer did not work. We called the front desk asking did they have an extra that we could use.. they said no. At $200 per night, this was disappointing. We will not stay at this location again.

This hotel should be condemned and torn down! It totally stinks, the walls, floors and carpet are the most filthiest areas I’ve ever seen! I had to sleep with my shirt over my nose and mouth! We had to ask for towels and soap, the room was filthy with food and debris on the floor and walls. Kids were running up and down the hall at 4 am. One lady said her toilet didn’t work at all. I noticed the rating was at 2.9 on the website, it’s more like 1.9 if that much! Overall, awful stay, rude staff and a HEALTH HAZZARD!

The property is not the cleanest or nicest, but for the price it’s OK. They’re very short on staff to the point that housekeeping is almost nonexistent, and for a two night stay for two people, we were given two towels… And despite repeated request for towels, we were told ”no one showed up to do the laundry” so there were none available. On the Sunday morning, breakfast was not even put out other than coffee and some mini muffins because “no one’s available to prepare it”.

No towels in room...asked for some at desk and staff was very rude and said we have no towels..mold on bedding ..mold throughout building..will not stay again at this hotel

The sheets and towels was dirty for breakfast they only had cereal no milk no juice only muffins worst Galveston experience ever never again

The whole hotel smelled like dog urine. The halls are nasty and sticky feeling stink. The room it self smelled horrible the ac unit loud and water dripping all over the carpet from the ac smells like mold

Terrible, very dirty and unkempt. No shower curtains and there was roaches. Do not recommend. And there was no cleaning staff qnd the phone in the room didn't work. NO BREAKFAST EVEN THO BREAKFAST IS SUPPOSED TO BE INCLUDED.

Rude and slow staff. Don’t want to waste more time writing.

Horrible nothing is clean , and no one changes towels out are clean rooms , there was food crumbs everywhere,rust all over the lamps,ants in the bed , old chilly all in the microwave,writing on the walls, and mold all over the A/C and some on the wall. The website also said free breakfast but they said there’s no breakfast I wouldn’t eat there anyway. I couldn’t get a refund so I bought $50 worth of cleaning supplies and cleaned the room and the A/C my self for my kids.

Room had food all over the floor, ants under the bed,lamps had rust all over them and microwave had dried chilly everywhere. They had red stains all over the bed sheets and they never came and put new towels nor did they offer them. I had to go down to the lobby and ask . It also says free breakfast online but that’s bull , they had nothing. The rooms and the hallways stunk like mildew. They also had bandages in the bottom of the pool and trash.

This hotel advertises that gives breakfast but after you check in and asked what time the breakfast in the morning that’s when they tell you that they are not offering breakfast, plus the room was dirty and the trash can still having trashes from the others guess, also when you open the door of the room you can smell the mold. This place is horrible, I think that I need my money back!

Good looking appearance on the outside — unclean on the inside. Sheets dingy with hair on the fitted sheets. Although I had my own soap there was no soap in the room. One set of towels in the room. No continental breakfast — muffins. I never saw the coffee.

My husband knows I needed to have a towel that moment and he went downstairs to get it. What a poor service.The place smells moldy and old

3 out of 4 of our rooms had bugs and had to get new rooms. Then sheets were not changed. Workout room had water leaking 1 out of 3 pieces of equipment worked. Power went out Sunday am for a quick time but then no water would come back on. This was during our check out time. Had to use water bottles to brush our teeth

The rooms were gross mold on the ceiling and looked what appeared to be blood on the ceiling. The rooms smell old and musty They offer no continental breakfast as advertised. No need to complain they will tell you I’m not the manger sorry we just work here.
