The rooms are always excellent and clean and well stocked. The whole hotel is absolutely amazing and clean. The breakfast. Staff is absolutely amazing and the breakfast is absolutely amazing so much more to choose from than a regular breakfast that you might get out of other hotel the pool is absolutely clean and the spa was wonderful as well.

House keeping woke me up almost 3 hours ahead of check out just to ask if I was checking out. Hotel stays should be peaceful. There was hair in the shower that didn’t belong to me. They gave us a 1 roll of partially used toilet dye for a 3 day stay. Staff wasn’t as welcoming as I’d like. Also the property only has one entrance and we had to park in the back so accessiblilty could use improvement .

The only reason I did not give five stars is because the pillows were way too soft. I could not make myself comfortable even with three pillows. They had no firmness to them.

Bad smell from adjoining room like burnt plastic/microwave food was very hard to take and lingered more than a day. Very noisy first night. They should warn you when they assign you on adjoining room due to the increased susceptibility to noise and smells, but of course they did not. Basically a nice motel6 in a taller building. $80 a night resort area value or double the rate. Additional charge for parking which they do not advise you about until you get there. They do warn you ahead of time that breakfast is eight dollars if you want it. Awkward front desk staff. Weird service for breakfast attendant processes over you last minute to try to get a tip I guess. Very weird experience in general. Second night was OK. I'll just go to Ayres or something else next time.

Great and. Clean place to visit . The hotel has fob key everywhere lower level bath, swimming pool. It was an awesome place to stay for an overnight. The parking was tough to park , at night I had to drive to other hotel property close by embassy to park other than park it’s a good hotel . Breaking be ready to provide room number for breakfast that was odd and uncomfortable for me,

I loved LOVED this property! Clean in every way! I will definitely be back! The gym is amazing, they also have a $7 shuttle to Disneyland and that is worth it to me. Clean room, clean property, stellar service. I used to work in hospitality at a hotel, so I get it. Some places don’t, this place totally does!! Shout out to Mary Ann and Brian, you are amazing truly an amazing team! I missed a couple of other names but everyone INCLUDING housekeeping were so helpful and KIND. One small mention, I did have to clean the built-up dust off the vents in the bathroom and above the mirror, it’s minor and was easy for me to clean and touch up. No biggie. Other than that SPOTLESS!!

Nice Parking charger 25$ / night

We were absolutely happy with everything during our stay! It is a quality hotel with great service. The amenities are fantastic. We especially loved the breakfast setup—having the option for a quick buffet or a custom-ordered meal. The location is unbeatable for visiting Disneyland ThemeParks, shopping centers, and local restaurants. They have plenty of parking, plus, the convenience of having the theme park shuttle stop right at the hotel every 30 minutes (for just $7 a person per day) made getting back and forth incredibly easy. We had an excellent experience all around! With super affordable rates, we couldn't have asked for more!

Breakfast, staff were very helpful. Room was dated and felt clean on the surface but needed a deep clean.

Very close to Disney, Very clean, staff was very nice. Zero complaints. Our original hotel had cleanliness issues. Changed over last minute, so glad we did. They have a terrific team.
