Location is great. Parking is too expensive. Hotel is a bit old and outdated. Elevator was not working properly.

Very pet friendly. Located conveniently to Disneyland and Wolf Lodge. Room was very comfortable and we were able to relax.

Getting to the Disney parks was simple- walking distance to the Toy Story parking lot shuttle which we took one day. Another day we paid for the hotel shuttle directly to the park gates which was nice for convenience. The amenities were great- a basic but fun arcade, large pool, smaller splash pool (which was great for our younger daughter) and a hot tub. The ping pong table and basketball court gave other options for entertainment. The hotel bar and laundry facilities were a nice bonus too. We would definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend this hotel!

Location room size and clean of the room The pool not clean need more maintenance they charge me for every day parking which not logic I stay for week and then after checkout the also deducted some amount without any explanation

This place is a joke!!!! No air conditioning in the main hotel or its bathrooms or its breakfast area. It was cooler to be outside in the 80 degree weather. One of the elevators was broken so everybody had to use the stairs of just one elevator. No maid service in the room!!! You had to wait till you left. They did NOT refund the 100.00 deposit i left even though I only parked for 2 days so I should get 40.00 returned. This is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at and I am extremely disappointed that Expedia recommended this place.

There was barely any warm water to take showers the tubs were stained and there was a water leak

The breakfast was very good! They had a large variety of food and the buffet was well maintained and stocked. The room was nice with a full sized refrigerator, a cooktop and a microwave. There were no ice machines, but they provided bags of ice for free at the front desk. The elevator was broken for a few days, but we were allowed to use the staff elevator which helped with the wait times. The garden grove shuttle was a plus getting us to and from Disneyland without needing to call an uber. They have a nice little bar in the lobby as well as a small game room and a nice pool with a generous area to sit outside. Staff was amazing! I would highly recommend this place. There was a target and several restaurants nearby.

The pool, basketball court kod friendly & staff was nice The rooms were a little dirty & my two of my kids got eaten up by something they had bites all over legs & arms. Also turn down the chlorine.
