Good

Two stars at best. You check in through a window. They won’t let you in the door. They will give you $.25 to use the ice machine. The chair in front of the desk prevents your mate from getting to the other side side of the bed. No tissues in the room. Should I go on? That’s enough!

We arrived very late at night. After a quick trip to the restroom we went to bed. Linens were clean and bed was comfortable for a one night stay. The following morning upon further inspection, the bathroom was filthy. There was hair everywhere. Sink, tub, floor. Also the wall next to the sink was disgusting with visible finger prints and smears of filth. Not sure of the floor in the bedroom because it was brown laminate. There have been updates but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Won’t stay again.

It is a budget hotel, you pay for what you get.

The property itself was beautiful, quiet, and conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, and every employee I encountered went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and genuine hospitality from the entire team. They made me feel valued as a guest and ensured my stay was enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch service. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit!

The place was good, staff was helpful and kind, its bear to disneyland. Facilities are ok and the place looks safe. It was all amazing. Thanks to hawie the indian reception guy hes nice

Good smell, clean room, friendly staff.

First time staying here. Very reasonable pricing. Had a spa room snd it was clean and well maintained. Downsides: Seemed to be people loitering near the entrance, the woman in the office was not particularly friendly at check in, the office seemed to be locked all the time which suggested potential safety issues. We seemed to have a lot of guest activity in the parking lot after hours. Lots of talking and door slamming. Felt a bit unsafe and the walls are too thin between rooms. The neighborhood is not great either. Obviously not all of this is the fault of the hotel but worth mentioning to potential travelers. Inexpensive and clean but unlikely to stay here again. One interesting side fact: You need to put a quarter in the ice machine for it to work.

Superb

We arrived back at the room at 11 pm to find someone washing their car outside our room. It was all so bad it became comical. Pros: Easy, straight shot to the beach. Costco nearby, plenty of Asian infused restaurants nearby, but no others. Management was very kind & helpful when trying to get ice & learning we had to pay for ice. He provided us the coins needed. We alerted the owner/manager of the room issues prior to leaving (light, smoke alarm, chair). We would not stay again, although a great budget stay!

When I saw the run down motel , I was embarrassed! My wife was not thrilled!

The property was clean and has all the basic necessities.
