The room was clean and quite spacious. The sinks were separated from the bath shower and the toilet which I appreciated. The breakfast was opened on time and the staff were friendly.

A lot of boxes outside the room window is very unsightly. Breakfast is not good. Boiled eggs are in the plate with no cover.

I don’t like people making noise up stairs.

The bathroom was just as bad. Sewer water backed up through the sink, and the smell was absolutely disgusting. It was unsanitary and unacceptable for any hotel. The lack of cleanliness and the way management handled the situation was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here and would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Continental breakfast was ok, 1st morning no waffle mix had to ask for it. 2nd morning juice was empty. 3rd morning lady took awake eggs and sausage 10 min before closing though there was plenty to be able to grab n go. Bring your own salt n pepper, they don’t have any. If you reserve 2 rooms and pay the same price for both, they will not be the same standard. 1 room had a great fridge but microwave was garbage. Other room crappy fridge decent microwave. One room had a Balcony but the door was locked so we couldn’t use it. Though other people were on there balconies. One room we saw a roach and large spider. They don’t actually “clean” the rooms, not under the beds anyways as we found things under both beds in each room. Only great things were the beds and pillows. The AC’s worked well and shower pressure/hot water was great.

I like breakfast but I don’t like staff at front desk man was not happily greeting and was only answering in yes or no wards

This was a fun lil gem! I liked the fact it had a fun concert/music venue attached to the property. It was constantly being maintained while we were there The water pressure was horrible

The room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. Banging next door, in the evening trash was overflowing next to elevators, doors would slam shut. Breakfast was plain, okay. Not many choices. It wasn’t worth the price they charged.

Amazing staff very welcoming and super clean rooms and spacious

First time staying here and it was wonderful. The pools were clean. Lots of parking very quiet. The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Very convenient. We would stay here again.
