Nice view Booking. Com Charged us over price for this hotel kind of rubbery!!! First they gave us room behind the kitchen and public bathroom. We didn’t accept that, manger wasn’t nice to us At the end she changed our room not even close to our satisfaction

It was a short drive to the port and authentic historic center of Saint tropez. They had a free shuttle service that operated until 1130 pm. Really simple and hassle free & you just call them when you're ready to be picked up. The meeting point is the same as the drop-off location . Valet parking available. Breakfast is not included. 3 pools with the main one overlooking the ocean & free cabanas. Rooms were really simple. They provided robes, slippers, and even flip-flops lol. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion & bodywash are also available.

The complaint was handled in a very casual manner, and the hotel’s response was that the issue originated from the room service department, adding that such problems can happen from time to time. However, this response was not satisfactory, especially considering the level of the hotel, where greater seriousness in addressing complaints and preventing recurrence is expected.”

We drank 2 glasses of wine at the bar and the price was really overrated compared to the prices you have in the center.

Shuttle to town and gym were good I had a purse stolen from my room by staff. They did nothing to assist and denied the issue. I had to get the police involved and it was very unpleasant and the manager insisted I lost my designer purse and would not investigate. Thankfully the police were receptive but I lost personal property and will never see it again. Only housekeeping entered the room all day while I was out and suddenly the bag is gone…doesn’t take a detective to determine who would be the likely suspect.
