The rooms was old and the door locks were broken. Bed sheets were rough and bed was not comfortable.

Everything was great i would suggest to add bicycles for rent and to move outside the hotel. Pool was cold ansd could have temperature regulator

Location is the only thing that stands out in this hotel. Rude & undertrained staff. I was mislead about check out time, staff unwilling to compromise or meet you halfway, it felt like I was being kicked out of a 1 star hotel, when in fact that wasnt the case. Certainly do not expect this treatment in the South of France

The concierge and the reception staff are amazing knowledgeable and will go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Property is not a 5 star property as advertised. Room was old and many things are broken and quick fixed. The bed sheets and matress covers were dirty. When we requested fresh towels we received damaged towels. The bathroom sink was clogged for the first day and the air conditioning did not work the second day of our stay. The pool floor was dirty; the lock of the door of the room was damaged. I would like to repeat this property is NOT 5 star as advertised but merely a 3 star.

The expensive rooms are big ofc and it’s clean The front desk can’t help with anything. Room requests are ignored. The hotel blames everything on outside companies so they don’t take responsibility. Even tho it’s clearly their fault. They charge you for every possible thing in the hotel, including water bottles that are usually included in other hotels.

Its beautiful, quiet and clean I would have liked a tv where I could air my shows, but the tv’s are old smart tv’s and not on the network.
