The house is amazing, bright and comfortable. The pool was a very good size. All rooms have their own good sized bathroom. The owner of house is very pleasant person The road to the villa was dark at night and muddy (we did not have car) The alarm system was a bit complicated. We had to wait for the check-in outside in rain, even though we informed about the time of arrival. The manager did not know even basic English, which made communication uncomfortable for us .

Villa Roi du Soleil is a stunning villa in a fantastic location, walking distance to town, tennis courts and a local beach and a short drive/cycle to the Pampelonne beaches. The villa is well fitted out, with a lovely pool and outside area and the hosts are charming and helpful. Highly recommend

Our stay in the house was wonderful and unforgettable. The house is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. The location is perfect, 20 minutes walk to the city of Saint Tropez. The property is very large, the cars can be parked there and the garden is also very large (with pool, pool bar, sunbeds, a barbecue etc). In addition, two gates must be passed to get to the house, so it is very safe. Every day a cleaner came and gardeners also came in between to clean everything up. Communication was always very pleasant and easy. Our dog felt also very comfortable during our stay. We will definitely come again! The only thing that was missing were rakes in the bathrooms for the towels to hang up, that was a bit annoying.
