Chair had a yucky stain on it, bathtub had a poorly patched hole on the bottom that when ya stepped near it would move. Fridge, tv and microwave worked and the stupid alarm clock went off at 5am. But I did leave early my second night when the event I was attending was over. Bed is old and pretty uncomfortable. This place is a budget place and expect nothing better. So if you are going to an event at the convention center and want to stay somewhere close and cheap and don't mind it being musty smelly and not well upkept then this place is for you. If you can afford a better room by all means get it. For those who just paid 400 bucks for an event at the convention center and don't want to spend more and get free parking then the Belle Aire is right up your Alley.

1/ Shame on expedia for not requiring the property owner to notify renter in the post there is no onsite staff and therefore prepayment is required as they chrged my credit card rather than allowing me to apple pay in the lobby.

There was no one at the main desk all weekend and the doors to the office were locked. There was actually no one working at the motel that I saw. We called a number posted on the office door to check in were given a code to enter the room. During our stay the motel charged us again for the room we paid for though Expedia. On our way home a second charge for our stay was taken out of our account. We have paid three times now for our weekend. No one answers either of the phone numbers for Belle Aire Motel. Expedia is trying to help get this straightened out but the motel isn’t answering when Expedia calls them, either. Hopefully we will get our money back. They are crooked—Belle Aire Motel. We won’t be going back.

Excellent location and customer service. Clean room and bathroom. Walking distance to all major attractions, stores, restaurants.

Horrible didn't even stay walked in and turned around and walked out ..
-
It an older property, inside is better than it looks from the outside.
-
Very dated property. Staff was not on site. Remote check in.

We didn’t even stay. The sink wouldn’t drain, the toilet wouldn’t flush and the door wouldn’t lock. Plus when we arrived the front desk person was leaving and told us to call another number that we had been trying to call all day. And she was very very rude.

Close to town and activities

The room had mold smell and dust in it. Felt like it was not cleaned properly. I was a solo traveler and reluctantly stayed the night. I wouldn’t recommend for the family/couple if you need a nice place to stay or can’t stand the mold smell.

Good price for just sleep.

Water came out brown when we went to shower, paper thin blankets, pool that’s advertised is closed down, musty smell in the room, furniture was broken on edges, you definitely get what you pay for.

No staff on premises. Had to call another local hotel front desk person that gave us a code to get into our room. Parking lot was poorly lit and seemed slightly dangerous. Walkable to strip but didn't like how dimly lit the area was. Would not be comfortable staying here solo and would not recommend to single parents or women. Seemed "dangerous" like drug area. Ice machine was unplugged and faucet in shower dripped. Was relatively clean in the room but didn't feel like a safe area even being walkable to strip.

No pool or hot tub like the add said it smelt like mold. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
