Didn't know we had to pay for parking per day. It was $15 per day. Lauren at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful. Excellent service from her what an asset to Marriott Courtyard.

Central for walking around Gatlinburg , nice clean hotel , good Breakfast to purchase , Friendly staff. Bar on site and Starbucks coffee . Nothing really to not like , they are building a hotel next door , but didn’t disturb our stay .

For this to be a Marriott I was disappointed. One light fixture over the nightstand was loose and falling. Hair in several places on the bathroom floor. Stains on the carpet and on the lobby chairs. Was nowhere near what I was expecting from a Marriott.

A bear came in the parking lot when my family and I was walking to our suv. The bear scared us However it did not attack us. I made 5 requests from front desk staff to clean my room. My room never was cleaned . This upset me greatly

The location was central to the main strip's attractions, and you can also catch the trolley bus across from the hotel. The food in the restaurant was excellent. I enjoyed my stay.

Good food..Great desk staff and room maids..very helpful when I needed a scooter...enjoyable help with the visit from a bear..swimming pool was clean and great temp...whirlpool was very large and felt wonderful. Everything inside and outside very clean. I would definitely stay there again.
