It's like coming home and staying in my bedroom growing up. Very cozy, comfortable and so very clean. Already day dreaming of returning. Oh yeah they have elevators too and that means a lot to me. I've got hip issues so I wish the bed was soft but my husband says it was fine for him. This is a me issue. I feel that way with all beds. I've now started traveling with a camping mattress pad.

The location is perfect, you can easily walk downtown The beds were comfortable and clean, The room we stayed at definitely needs renovation. The shower was too hot or too cold, it was hard to adjust it to comfortable temperature, the pipes were producing sound, I bet everyone could hear we are taking a shower.

Chose this place for the location so we could access downtown and not have to drive around in traffic. The walk and distance to everything we wanted was super convenient! Parking was great. The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable. Staff was super friendly. The pool was heated and really nice too. Will definitely stay here again

This was by far the best place I have stayed in a while. The staff was very friendly. And clean was an understatement! It was immaculate! It was in a great location. I will definitely stay there the next trip to Gatlinburg!

My stay was wonderful. Everything was amazing. It was clean, quiet and a very pleasant experience. The only minor issue my children’s phone and iPad would not connect to the WiFi. My phone connected just fine so I’m not sure what the issue was. That minor hiccup did not hinder our trip in any way though. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved it, good old school motel. Liked the location just off the strip. Pool was great. No breakfast was a bit of a bummer, not that breakfast is a deal-breaker but it's handy. Also, internet did not work in our room, that was a big bummer, thus the 4 stars. Otherwise it was spot on! Would stay again.
