It was close to convention center If you want hot water for a shower, good luck. No hot water the first morning. They moved me. Got warm water in new room. The next two mornings I got cold showers. Breakfast was ok, not good or great

Breakfast was ok hotel was clean just parking is not so great due to parking spaces are for compact cars only. Very tight spaces and hard to get past bigger size vehicles to park.

Everything was great. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning worked. Staff was wonderful. The pool well so much chlorine I couldn’t get in.

This property was 2 yrs old so very nice yet. The Staff was helpful & friendly. The strip was a few blocks away & uphill on the way back. Overall it was a great place to stay!!

Clean and close to downtown. Breakfast is watered down gravy and watered down apple juice. You can tell they’re scrimping on quality to save a few pennies. Skip the breakfast get something good downtown gatlinburg.

Clean room, air conditioning was great. You can cook in the villa, pots , utensils available. All you have to do is buy groceries.

The room and area was excellent. Only one concern was the bathtub in our room did not have protection on the tub floor. A bathmat was requested but none available. A towel was placed on the bathtub floor. But still a serious concern for safety when taking shower.
