The room was really clean and we loved the way it was set up. The balcony was GREAT!
-
Clean property and balcony, nice staff, rooms could use an upgrade of couches/chairs, removal of popcorn ceilings. Beds were comfy.

We were very disappointed the outdoor pool was closed. Parking garage is also bit of a tight squeeze if you have a truck. Overall though, was a good value and served our purpose. I'd return if the price is right.

Looks nicer in pictures than it really is. The price is reasonable and it’s like an apartment instead of a hotel room. It is a little outdated and the bed was not very comfortable but it served its purpose. A little walk off the main strip. Near lots of restaurants. We were told that we had 2 condos booked but we only booked one. Hopefully we will not be charged for 2. The pool and fountain are the nicest amenities. We did see a couple of bears roaming around which was an extra highlight. We would stay again if we had to but it is just average.

Little dated but fully functional. Room was clean, check in was smooth. Would stay here again

Love the location. Rooms are clean and feels like home. Price is decent. This is my go to when visiting Gatlinburg. Even had a few run ins with some bears at property.

Staff was great and the location was good. but we were across the street from the main nicer buildings and rooms and the unit we stayed in was very outdated, needed work, and missing items. I would consider this property again of it was in the main building near the pool and all the amenities as those rooms where my friends staying were very nice, but not on the side we were on. For the price, there are too many other hotels right next door that are better value by far.

Very up to date. Jacuzzi tub was the best part Firet room we checked into the jets in the tub wasn’t working and neither was the lights.

Kitchen was nice and convenient. Indoor pool was only available during our trip, it was very chilly in the room but water was a good temperature. Trolley stop right outside the entrance which is super nice. Overall really enjoyed the hotel and hope to return Oh and parking, yes it os tight we have a 2024 nissan pathfinder... tight but doable.

The room wasn’t clean, it had fleas. This air didn’t work well either. Fixtures in shower were rusted, and jacuzzi tub was nasty

The location is quite a walk to the Parkway. We were sent to a timeshare guy for a parking pass. We were not there on a promotional pass. We booked through booking.com. They said it would be 90 minutes. It ended up being 6 hours. If you’re hooked into attending this establish a time limit for them to change your mind then leave. Time share trap. Bears wandering around the resort

Great property. Clean and the staff was great. Outdoor pool was closed as they are redoing it, but not their fault. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice studios with spas

Said balcony wasn’t a balcony just a paved back porch looking at another hotel not like the pictures and details had mentioned. Dust all over the bathroom vents and some blue junk smeared on the shower wall. Fridge didn’t work. Pools where out of service but didn’t mention that when we booked or checked in.
