Better breakfast and milk

My husband and I had a laugh about the paper on the carpet . It was there when we checked in and still there 2 days later. There was 1 big piece of paper my husband picked it up and moved it to see if the carpet would get vacuumed. Lol I guess you really cannot have everything! It really is a great stay, I will stay again

Only complaint was having to pay for parking. I have never paid for parking at a hotel in gatlinburg before. ??????

Our room was very clean and large! We had our two dogs and they were very welcomed as well. The room had a balcony overlooking a creek which was so welcoming to sit on and listen to the water. Easy to walk into town and we never used our car during our stay- we walked everywhere. Loved this hotel!!

staff very attentive, convenient to Gatlinburg strip and nice with the trolley to get around town without taking your car, just wish the pool was outside but not hotels fault. also not sure why there was a $15 parking fee each night. but all in all, great stay.

We arrived in town early and had no problem checking in early. The room was clean and as expected. Comfy pillows and beds, lots of towels and toiletries. We were very close to the elevator and lobby and it was quite loud in the morning, but other than that it was a decent stay.

What I didn’t like about the stay was after paying for rooms we have to pay for parking each day we stayed. Wasn’t to find of the faucets in the bathroom water gets all over the sink. Housekeeping only came in the make our bed and take the garbage out, didn’t sweep, didn’t make sure we had tissue. The room we stayed in the floor next to our bed had like a large coffee or soda stain which means the floors wasn’t mopped.

The property was clean and well located. The room was clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was slightly different each morning and included hot eggs, a meat, and starch. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean, helpful staff, near downtown Gatlinburg and easy driving distance to the national park.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was great. Our particular room faced the back side of the property which overlooked the little creek and sitting area. Bears liked to visit the area so we saw 3 bears over the weekend trip. It’s roughly a half mile down the hill to downtown strip. Great spot. Good times. Highly recommend.

Clean room

No where was it stated that there was a parking fee of $15 per night. As we are retired and had the trip budgeted, an extra $30 was not in our plan for the over $250 stay

I was very pleased with the accommodations everything was well maintained and clean. I would stay here again and not worry about anything.

The room was clean, friendly staff and helpful, breakfast was really good and the air conditioning worked well throughout the night . I would definitely book again with this hotel everything was close by i liked the amenities as well

Bethany was very helpful and checked in on us regularly. The room was spacious and clean but the tv cabinet had a bit of wear and tear near the mini fridge.

There was a bear in the parking lot!

Clean room, great breakfast, air conditioning was solid and bathroom was spacious and clean. Only had our beds remade once but we were in the room when they came by the first two times, so a bit of bad timing on our part too but they could of swung back once or twice to check if we were still there or had left, which in both cases we did. Would recommend this Hampton Inn to anyone, whether they’re traveling alone or are bringing in a family.

The property overall was well kept. What disappointed me was the pool. The water ws very cloudy, 50% visibility. I was looking forward to swimming with my wife, we didn't go because of the cloudy water.
