Other travelers staying were up partying, screaming, walking being very loud till 3am for 2 nights.

My room was fantastic with a balcony looking out over the steam. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, good amenities.

People were doing weed smelling up the room but we stay there every time we come seen 3 bears in one day

Location is prime. I’ve stayed in the other side of the street and like it 100x better The beds were absolutely not queen sized and I paid extra for that

The location was great, the pools were great, the room was good, we saw some bears. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper, and they didn't empty the trash in our room.

Property was great, neat and clean! Pool are and room both clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly! That parents didn’t watch their children and allowed them to get in the hot that plainly said Adults only. Other then having no supervision in some children and then running wild the experience was wonderful

The room was very clean with an amazing balcony view of a creek. Beds were comfortable and the value of the rooms is perfect.

Love the location not to far of a walk. Its about .5 mile walk to the middle of shops and fun activities. Always something to do rain or shine. Love the pools indoor and outdoor. Clean and the nicest staff 24/7. We love ot here this was our 2nd time staying and planning another trip very soon. Not a big deal but it would be nice if the rooms had a microwave in them. There was one in the lobby.

The proximity to downtown Gatlinburg . Cafe on property . Trolley stops right out front The soda machines were not working on our floor. No bottled water available in vending machines .
