Everything was great. Some improvements can be made at room service. Attention to detail of cleanliness is lacking from cleaning staff. Apart from that, the stay was excellent.

This Embassy suites was fantastic. Easy walk down the hill to Gatlinburg, but it is a moderate walk back up to the hotel. Pool was excellent. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was outstanding. Would highly recommend this location. You should know that there will be bears in the parking lot every night there any warm months. Keep your distance and take lots of pictures.

The hotel was fantastic! It was very clean and offered many amenities like free breakfast and drinks and snacks at dinner, a Starbucks on site, cute gift shop, great pools and many cozy outdoor seating options. The staff was friendly and attentive. Great spot to see bears too. My whole family enjoyed our stay.

Room was clean and staff was helpful. Breakfast changed each morning and was good. My family loved the pools, hot tub, water slide, and lazy river.

Was a outstanding breakfast!! Warm and cold options and very clean. Housekeeping can be better to follow through with putting toilet paper in the room and empty the trash can but loved the stay.

Centrally located to Gatlinburg attractions, made to order omelets at breakfast each morning were so good (!!!), outdoor & indoor pool + slide and hot tub were a hit for the whole family. It was the perfect stay!! Only con was the one evening we ate dinner at the on site restaurant- Roaring Fork - food was lackluster at best, pricey and service was poor.

The hotel & pool were great. The location is a touch long of a walk to downtown Gatlinburg

The property is beautiful. Our kids really loved the hotel and even said it was better then staying at Great Wolf Lodge. The biggest hit was the heated lazy river. Only real issue we had was there were a large number ants in our room centered specifically around the trash can in the living room area and kitchenette area. We did notify them of the the concern and they sent someone right up with a spray and did offer to move us but were unable to move us to a similar room (we had a balcony) that evening. We really enjoyed the balcony so we agreed to stay in it and we just took the trash can out (maybe hadn't been wiped down from previous visitors??) and also just killed the ants as we saw them. They made it right with us though with two offers since we agreed to stay in the room and I appreciated that. We will most definitely be back. The hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. I would also recommend tightening up fixtures - there were a few things loose in our room as well likely the results of just repeatative use since they have opened which I think has been a few years now.

Staff breakfast clean room definitely recommend for that area the majority of the restaurants arw very close walking distance
