The convince of being in great location to walk to everything. Pool was nice

We didn't eat the breakfast, we were only offered the bagels or english muffins in the lobby We didn't get the room with balcony overlooking the river, front desk clerk said to take it up with booking.com. Front desk ladies were very abrupt and transactional, not pleasant or inviting, and the last morning there we found ants all through the bed

Location clean Something was wrong with knobs on showers was messing up but not big deal

We only stayed for one night. Friendly staff, property was clean, and the room was nice. So close to the aquarium and just a few minutes from most of the big attractions we came for.

Took a minute to find the ice maker after staff directions an trouble with key card but the staff took care of it easily on the spot but everything was good with the stay an would stay again if we get back there

The location of the hotel was good. That was the only thing we liked about the hotel. The sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain, the shower wouldn’t drain, the toilet took like 40 min to refill with water. I sat in the chair at the table in my room and it was so shaky and wobly. There wasn’t enough parking so you had to park down the hill and walk up the massive hills to get to your room. We stayed there for a week and no one ever came to clean our room or give us more clean towels. The pictures that we seen and booked was not even close to what it looked like or what we got. I understand parts of the hotel can be old but it doesn’t have to be falling apart.

Close to town. Away from the road. Bathroom was very outdated. Shower bottom was black. Shower faucet impossible to get to good temp. I thought it was going to break every time I turned it on.

Loved the room...the views the size & layout all open and was just perfect Even was able to record a bear in the river below our room!!! SCORE!

Nice place to stay for the money and location. No ground keeping grass over grown and shrub need cutting. Rooms need to be updated. They was clean when checked in. No house keeping Thur our stay. Had to ask for towels and tissue.

Great place to stay office...

Great location! We had a Riverview King room. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the river and the backside of the town of Gatlinburg. Location was excellent with easy walking access to be near the best site some things to do in Gatlinburg. The room was very clean and spacious. The property is a little older and in need of some minor maintenance and upgrades. But the great location and their price on the rooms compensated for that. We would stay again.

Exceptional

Seeing the bears I dont like that I had to pay a $50 fee that still hasn't been refunded back to my bank. I also didn't like the pre packaged breakfast we left for breakfast everyday. I left an item that was not found or returned but I know i left it. I didnt take much at all and everything I had taken was accounted for when I got home, expect my robe. I immediately contacted the hotel told them and filled out a lost item report. Never heard back until I contacted them back a day later to be told it wasn't found.
