The stay was okay for the two nights but i wouldn’t stay more than a week there. The property needs some maintenance and improvements. The pool and lazy river was good and the breakfast was okay. I loved how the property was close to the Smokey Mountains and other activities and attractions.

Muy bueno el desayuno me gustó todo

Rooms were ok there was mold around the soap dishes in the shower. The bathtub was very slippery the non slippy things were not good. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant. If you're looking for a place to sleep I suppose this is your place if you looking for luxury it's not for you.

Solo llegábamos para dormir por que no nos daba ni ganas de meternos a la piscina por que el agua no estaba muy limpia las personas de la recepción no son muy sociables y aveces contestaban con mala actitud.

The rooms are a little smaller, and the beds are firmer than the newer hotels with large fluffy mattresses. However, they were comfortable enough for my stay. The best part of this hotel is the location. It sits just above the busy Gatlinburg area, about a half mile walk away. You get a nice mountain background view, and while there is some traffic noise, it is mostly peaceful. The pool area is great, with three sections: a jacuzzi, pool, and lazy river. There are only two innertubes available, so consider bringing your own. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, a waffle maker, fruit, cereal, and other cold options. The staff was friendly, and when I had an issue with my room, they took care of it immediately. Booking tip: The hotel is much cheaper Sunday through Thursday. If you are staying Friday and Saturday, check prices separately. I saved about $300 by doing this. The reason I lowered my rating is the lack of access control. Anyone can enter the hotel at any time, and I would have preferred some additional security measures. Overall, this is a good value hotel with a great location, friendly staff, and a fun

Normally places around here we get some grumpy hotel owners. Everyone here was welcoming.

Front desk staff was friendly, but not knowledgeable about common travel questions. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The balcony needed to be swept and the railings were rusty in places. A bird's nest was on top of the porch light on the next balcony, leaving a mess of nest and bird droppings on our balcony and porch chairs. Breakfast was good, but slow to be restocked at times, and the breakfast attendant was not friendly. The pool and the pool area have seen better days and the smell was strong. The lazy river only had three innertubes for floating. Towels were not available at the pool. I would not have used the ice maker on our floor as it was visibly rusty and dirty. Parking was easy.

Had connecting rooms as requested. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was okay. Pool area is too hot. Was able to see bears so that was a plus

Rooms were great and the balconies had a great view. Easy to walk to the downtown Gatlinburg area.

Waffle maker was nice to have:) and AC worked good No roaches or bedbugs. Overall decent stay I guess could have definitely be worse. My blanket had blood or something like that I definitely know that it wasn't washed. We just slept in the other bed. Overall decent stay

I like the pool area. It was hot in there though. The room had an old/mildew smell

The breakfast was so good. We loved the pool, hot tub and lazy river! It was a lot of fun to watch people and traffic from the balconies.

Very dirty and was smelly. Dirty and smell was worst experience I had

Had a lazy river, pool, and hot tub. The pools/hot tub was so overflowed with chlorine it burned our eyes just being in the room. We discovered on the second day that the comforter what looked like mold on the underside of it. The room smelled like strong cleaner when we first entered which is great that it was clean but my daughter is asthmatic and wasn’t a good situation for us.
