the location and clean rooms One day the staff took my cable charge without any notification really it is disappointing for the hotel and I thought that some one robbed my things I’m not happy with that thing and will never book again

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great. Breakfast is good. The room was clean and modern. I reached out for advice with the bus from the airport but they did not reply to me.

2nd Time Booking here, really like how close this hotel to the Main Market, Breakfast was Simple Turkish style & was good enough - this time there were no Simit for Breakfast :( Rooms are Very New & clean and comfortable but you have to request for a foldable bed from housekeeping if you don't want to be in the same main bedroom - the 4 person room layout is 3+1, the 3rd person would have a big Sofa bed usually only complain is the small Fridge which was not cold at all & this being in main market, there are some food items you cant buy / store in the small fridge as they would spoil (we like to buy cheeses & other fruits) but can't keep them

The hotel is new, relatively in the center of the city, close to shops and other facilities. The staff took care of the parking, we didn't have any issues. Breakfast also good. The room was nice and warm. The breakfast can get a bit busy, but nothing really an issue.
