THe location is fabulous - right in the old quarter, with easy access from the nearest carpark (300m away). Easy to roll suitcases... reception was lovely and welcoming, and the room was perfect. Family of 4, we took to rooms, as we have older teenage children.

Room is clean and tidy. Staff is kind, brekafast is good. We stayed as a family and booked a family room for 4 person

Shower wall was disturbingly mouldy. Could smell it when taking a shower.

Nice old town pedestrian quarter. The room on the ground floor was very small, poorly lit and above all very humid. The bed sheets were almost wet. Not reachable by car, difficult to reach on foot uphill without help with luggage. Not recommended.

Lovely building, old area, good location for walking to town Rooms have no soundproofing - hear other guests coming/ going. Poor fire doors/ lack of. Manager not friendly or welcoming

Fab historic building in beautiful area. Lovely antique furniture and delightful courtyard. Very comfy bed. Top quality cotton sheets. Felt like a queen. Everything was perfect.

The location of the hotel is very good. You can reach most of the places you want to visit by walk. I rented a family room but the room was very small for family accommodation. Bathroom was not clean and needs to be renovated. I stayed 1 day less than my booking but I could not reach booking.com because it is not working in Turkey. Also hotel manager said that due to room is booked via booking, they can not compensate the less stayed day.

The hotel was very clean, the wifi worked well and the air conditioning also worked really well. I requested a non smoking room and my room did not smell of smoke. The breakfast was generous and tasty. The location was nice in the old town.

Good location, clean premisis, local atmosphere, historical setting. My bed was broken and the kettle didn't work. It's a gamble. I would recommend the accommodation to whoever wants to experience the vibe of the old part of the city and it ok with modesty.

Booked a non-smoking room. The room was used by smokers. Very bad condition of the bed. Stinky pillow. The bathroom also in bad condition.

The receptionist is the KINDEST person ever. Literally the guy deserves promotion. I travel SO much, and people as kind as him are so rare. Wish I could remember his name. The breakfast is EXCELLENT. Typical Turkish breakfast, very rich and a lot of things to choose. Location is great, just in the heart of the city. I really loved this place. Thank you The only reason why I gave 9 start instead of 10 is that it can get very noisy in the evening My room was looking the courtyard and many people were gathering there at night. I think it shouldn't be the gathering place as the room windows are just there and it's really noisy (and I'm very noise tolerant, by the way). But I asked please the guys the keep it down and they deed. Communication is the key.
