Centrale ligging dicht bij het centrum. De kamer was eenvoudig maar praktisch ingericht en het bed was comfortabel. Voor een kort zakelijk verblijf was de kamer prima. De ontvangst was erg onvriendelijk. Ik arriveerde vijf minuten na de officiële inchecktijd, omdat deze op mijn Booking.com-reservering niet zichtbaar was. Ondanks mijn excuses werd ik langdurig op een verwijtende en onaardige manier aangesproken. Ook over een vooraf aangevraagd ontbijtpakket werden vervelende opmerkingen gemaakt. Daardoor voelde ik mij als gast niet welkom en erg ongemakkelijk.

Central location near the centre of Genk, clean room and nice breakfast! Friendly staff and overall good value for the price! Only street parking or in the garage, there wasn't really a double bed but two single ones. Still comfortable though!

Great location, very friendly staff, lovely breakfast, the super cute dog was a bonus! It’s a little dated which isn’t too bad, but the bed was sunken, a new mattress would go a long way.

Nice breakfast, lovely place Paying the city tax in Cash only is a bit outdated. Should be possible to do by card or deducted from the credit card.

The familiarity and comfort, the location is perfect and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast is delicious and so are the dinner options. Would definitely recommend.
