The facilities are fine. The beach and the pools are fine. Breakfast is fine. Nothing is exceptional but the general feeling is that there’s value for your money.

The fitness center is very small, and the equipment is limited, outdated, and worn out. Since it is heavily used, guests often have to wait up to 20 minutes for a bench or treadmill. This is disappointing for such a lovely hotel. The hotel should definitely invest in upgrading and expanding the fitness center. Another inconvenience is the beach and pool towel service. Towels can only be exchanged at the spa, which is quite far from the beach. Carrying wet towels back to the spa every day in 40°C heat is very inconvenient. The hotel should provide a few towel stations in different areas of the property. I also don’t think guests staying at a hotel of this standard would be likely to steal a couple of beach towels.

Gravel Beach, Not very nice Location at the Beach. If you a looking for a nice beach - Go somewhere else Restaurants need to be booked in advance - we didn’t get any slot as very restaurant was fully booked as soon as we arrived.

We were incredibly lucky to receive a complimentary upgrade from a Garden View Room with a Private Pool to a Beach/Sea View Room with a Private Pool. That was truly the icing on the cake and made our vacation even more special and unforgettable. Our private pool was one of the highlights of our stay. It was always clean, peaceful, and such a pleasure to enjoy every day while taking in the beautiful sea view. Everything else was exceptional as well. The hotel was spotless, the room was comfortable and beautifully maintained, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and we really enjoyed the live music and evening entertainment, which created such a lovely atmosphere every night. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. Thank you so much for making our holiday even more beautiful—we truly hope to come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The food was amazing with a great variety every day. Everything was very clean, the hotel was well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful vacation and would happily come back. Nothing. Everything met our expectations.

The pool, the rooms are spacious, big and clean The standard of food, in the sea and by the pool, is not good and does not match the rest of the hotel. Not dirty or small, just not tasty enough. They need a solution to the pool towel issue, where you have to go to the spa to get one and change it.

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful architecture, elegant design, and a luxurious yet relaxing atmosphere. The pool is fantastic, and the beach, with its crystal-clear water, was one of the highlights of our vacation. We also loved the variety of activities the hotel offered. The food was outstanding throughout our stay. Every restaurant served excellent cuisine, and the buffet offered a great variety of delicious, high-quality dishes. Above all, the exceptional hospitality and genuinely friendly, attentive staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and made our stay truly unforgettable. Nothing.

I told the team in advance I was celebrating anniversary with my husband and they have upgraded us to a bigger room with a pool view instead of garden. They were also bringing us compliments every day. Loved it! There is one issue that all the restaurants except the buffet one were always booked out for dinner, even when you arrive and check-in, they are already booked out for a week. Was a little bummed out about that but luckily we had a car. There’s also taverna nearby (~10 min walk)

The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, making us feel at home throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a room with a private pool, and we were also offered a free late check-out, which made our last day so much more relaxing. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very clean. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was delicious with a great variety every day. The pools, beach, and facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Our room was comfortable and spotless. We truly enjoyed every moment Nothing at all. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay! The resort is highly maintained, from the public spaces to the room interiors. Our room was clean, spacious, and offered plenty of storage for clothes and personal items. The private pool was also beautifully maintained and very aesthetic. The staff truly stood out! they were caring, sympathetic, and always greeted us with a smile. Dining: The resort is incredibly gluten-free friendly, with all restaurants well-equipped to offer a wide variety of GF options. Breakfast was good, though we would have loved a wider variety of fresh vegetables. A quick tip for coffee lovers: the breakfast coffee wasn't great, but the coffee at the pool bar was excellent! The coffee The Beach: The beach area could be more organized and aesthetic. The sunbeds felt a bit too far from the waterfront, and some spots looked a little neglected. The Gym: The fitness center is quite small and gets very crowded. While there is a reservation system in place, it didn't seem to be enforced, as people showed up without bookings.

The staff at all of the restaurants and bars were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Special shoutout to manager Panos, and our server Paris at the steakhouse restaurant. The couple who owned the spa were extremely friendly and personable as well. Housekeeping in our room was quite inconsistent. Many things like our shampoos and soaps, toiletries, even garbage bags in the bins were not replaced daily. Bathrooms and toilets were clearly not cleaned on some of the days. Even though we paid for all inclusive which states that there is a complimentary minibar, the fridge was empty for 3 whole days after our arrival. It was filled randomly one day and never replaced. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with pool, and the pool area was never cleaned during the 7 days we were there. I thought this was a bit disappointing. The room itself was very comfortable and quiet. We loved it!

Clean and spacious rooms, and resort also, ; some rooms had a great sunny aspect, very friendly and helpful staff, good quality food, great weather! Rooms with a pool were very good, resembled a one bed apartment. The coffee was not great ... some fresh milk would be good for us northern Europeans :)

The whole resort felt secure and peaceful. Perfect for unwinding away from the crowds.

The rooms are fabulous and huge, very comfortable for a family of 4 with a great layout that splits the room into two. The pools were always clean and spacious, never felt crouded. The food was good, very esthetically served and very clean. They were amazing with gluten free options for our picky eater, made her pancakes, pasta, pizza etc. There were not many activities for children, the pools are not heated and are quite cold even in August. The beach is not very swimmable since it goes onto a cliff in the water. Some of the staff were not very accommodating and we had to ask for certain things multiple times till we were helped.

The pool never felt overcrowded, which I really appreciated. It was quiet and comfortable, with plenty of loungers and clear, cool water to enjoy on warm days.

The hotel had everything I could possibly ask for. The staff were supportive, the room was well equipped, and the entire property felt safe and well maintained. I liked how easy it was to settle in and feel comfortable right away. It was a stress-free and enjoyable experience.
