Good location, close to the main attraction street. The doors, specially the bathroom door. I understand the style should be rustic, but it bangs loudly and doesn't stay open. The bathroom becomes a mess when taking a shower.

It’s a beautiful boutique hotels. It’s peaceful and also walkable to restaurants. The staff were wonderful.

Historical charm and ambiance- our room (#9) was lovey and charming. The food at the cafe was delicious! Service of hotel staff was top quality and very friendly. The Air conditioning was a little hard to get comfortable - we found it too cold with it blowing right at us while in bed and too warm if we turned it off.

We got the really amazing time at Montri Mews. The room for 5 of us was spacious, suitable for spending time rest and joy tgt The restrooms were clean and had good water system. No phone inside the room to contact front or room service during the night. Pillows should be change More lighting inside the room would be better

The location was excellent but overall, the staff were fabulous. So helpful and friendly - we felt sorry to be leaving. The room was a big surprise - it was so large as we had asked for a king size bed. The A/C was COLD and the room was kept spotless every day with water provided as needed. The restaurant was convenient and stayed open even during Chinese New Year - a major holiday. But we were walking distance to everything, including our favorite burger joint/bar just down the road, where the staff also felt like friends by the end of our stay. We would definitely stay here again. The stairs to get to our room were very steep and dark, so anyone with mobility issues won't want to stay on the second floor. Other than that, the place was rustic, charming, had lovely gardens with wonderful staff and was super convenient as well as good value.

The decor and the staff attention was truly exceptional. Ordering at the restaurant was confusing. Orders were not what they purported to be. And while the food was tasty it did not correspond to the order. And restaurant staff did not respond appropriately.

The location is great. The room is big and the bed is comfortable. Staff are very helpful. The common hall was very noisy on the first night when guests came back late at night. Most are Chinese travelers from the mainland. Wish they knew the hotel quiet rule at night time. Luckily, the room got changed on the other side, which was quieter for the other 2 nights.

The location was excellent. The staff were all really warm and friendly and gave us excellent advice on where to go and the restaurants they recommended were all great too. The room was cozy and beautifully decorated. It was a great choice for us. We were very pleased and would recommend it. My only small annoyance was I would have liked a bigger surface in the bathroom for my toothbrush and cosmetics. Other than that no complaints.

It had original character - we felt it was special to experience a local building of such style. Nothing - we enjoyed everything about this hotel.

Nini and Linda, the warm and welcoming staff, went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home, offering helpful 'local knowledge' tips and exceptional service throughout our stay. This isn't a soulless, western-style hotel. It was a superb blend of tradition, heritage and modern comfort. Our room was like stepping back in time, transporting us to an historic era of elegance and grace.

The staff was wonderful , food in the restaurant great and it being a step back from the main noisy part of town. No phone in the room, but then again felt like I had stepped back and could just relax.
