The breakfast is one of the best things of the hotel. The hotel is located in a very convenient area. Near to the beach, the hospital, to many good restaurants and to the mall. The hotel need maintenance and renovation. The toilet seat was totally loose. We asked someone to fix it, but they didn't do it. The mattress had the springs punching my back. You can see that this was a really good hotel. But it needs renovation.

The room was kept well, I like the satellite channels since I love to watch TV at night. The water was hot for showers and room service was excellent. Room safe not working, never got fixed, fix your room safes! There was someone's old food in the room fridge not cleaned out! The TV satellite channels did not work on my last night. Also, keep all elevators working, very troublesome and time-wasting waiting for one lift to go up and down with holiday crowds especially. Need to do a better maintenance job on those.

A go-to hotel for my parents whenever they visit Penang. Walking distance to the hospital and gurney since they can't really use Google Maps. Renovated and room is decent and clean.

The location of the hotel is convenient and easy to access nearby areas in Penang. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful. The room was relatively quiet during my stay, which was appreciated. The overall maintenance of the hotel is very poor and does not meet 4-star expectations. The room (2211) had several issues, including an old bathroom, leaking water from the toilet, and visible dust on cupboards, indicating a lack of proper cleaning. The lobby washroom was extremely unclean and poorly maintained, which was very disappointing and below the general standards in Malaysia. Breakfast options were very limited and repetitive, mostly vegetarian with only eggs available daily. The selection did not feel like a proper hotel buffet and was not worth the value. Overall, the hotel feels outdated and not well maintained, which affected the overall experience.

Location across the road from Adventist Hospital. The staff were very friendly and were quick to assist. Breakfast was strictly vegetarian, and it was the same choices every single day of the 6 nights that we stayed there. The hotel is old. The hallway carpet needs to be changed.

Location in front of hospital if you go to adventist hospital. Still have bath soap from previous guest, tissue on the bath tub which is wet, and hair on the anti slip mat, toilet bowl seat broken..

Should have statement that the hotel restaurant only serves vegetarian dishes only. As a regular person, it might disappoint. Also, bedside lamps are not working as well as the TV remote
