Great location, staff were very helpful. Room was large and clean. No signage at front of property, difficult for grab pick up.

The location is near gurney food hawker and gurney mall. The toiletries were refilled after housekeeping. The room was a bit dusty and had cockroaches on the floor which we had to ask the staff to clear. Not enough chairs (only 1) and not enough hooks to hang clothes in toilet.

The value was great, the location was perfect, the Staff were excellent, the room was fine, the internet worked well. Everything was fine, though it was a little difficult for the Taxi Driver to find.

The location is strategic whoever looking for shopping next to Gurney Plaza and to enjoy local food. The evening food court / hawker centre is a few steps away. The area is busy with traffic at peak hours especially on weekends. The room is spacious and clean. Basic amenities provided. The price is worth what you pay for. Basic, clean accommodation with good location. The room and bathroom lighting is quite dim. It only has 2 downlights at the ceiling and its switched on or off. Quite high staircase to 1st floor. To be aware for elderly people and best to request ground floor rooms.

Very good location, convenient to shop. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room is sufficiently large, toilet also. Bed also firm, good back support Room can get stuffy, need more ventilation. When window open, loads of mosquitoes. Sockets also not working

The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner was working well and the location, which is close to Gurney Plaza and the Paragon, where there are ample food choices. Free bottles of water is appreciated and the night light in our room was well- positioned.
